Love this store, plenty of parking ,awesome employees ,clean and friendly

I had carpets and padding installed in my home. The carpets and padding is of high quality. The installers were great and totally professional.I will never hesitate to purchase and have them installed by them. Thank you the whole process was a great experience.

The employees except Dan (he’s wonderful) didn’t know their own return policy. They sent us around and told us many wrong things but Dan was able to help us.

Tiffany helped me multiple times with purchases needed for my home renovation. She was Fantastic!

Double ordered product. Cancelled/returned 13 days ago. Still waiting for $470 credit. Spent over an hour on phone yesterday between store and mulitple CS people.

I always use Home Depot for my hardware needs I find everyone to be helpful and friendly I've never had a bad experience

Besides the wonderful selection of products, I've always been impressed with how The Home Depot staff members go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. This is especially true at the Matamoras location. One example, "Walt" in the Garden Center help me move heavy bags of all-purpose stone to my cart and then to the trunk of my car! Walt volunteered, I did not have to ask. Excellent!

The world is in trouble these days, however how we interact with each other can still make an excellent day in spite of all the troubles we encounter.

There was almost an entire section of the lumber area/row that was not possible to pick from due to the staff lining up customers that had purchased online .They need to put this in another area or in the middle of the isle so customers can get to the wood that was being blocked by the pre bought and waiting for pick up products all stacked in the way.

In shopping at this store, we always find what we want, at great prices and of good quality, and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful - never a problem!

The store had wonderful summer products to focus on and other items of a smaller nature to purchase. Employees pleasant, helpful and knew their department and others new where to direct me to. Restrooms clean and that adds up to the complete picture.

I was looking for hard to find flooring that I had purchased about 3 years ago. They were compassionate about my situation and took ownership and accountability to track down the flooring. Thank you and congrats to the Matamoras PA store associates!

On several occasions on hand stock was limited or no stock available. Usually ended up at another Home Depot. Middletown or Newton Home Depots appear to have ample stock available. It's a 20 mile trip, but not much of a choice when you're in the middle of a project.

outside of stove gets extremely hot when oven is on. Fire department told me it isn't insulated and to not use it.

PRODUCTS WERE AVAILABLE BUT NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES. ON WRITING I SEE A WINDOW ASKING NOT TO SPEAK ABOUT CUTOMER SERVICE. SMART! FOUND OUT THEY ARE MAKING IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR VETERANS TO GET A DISCOUNT.

The employees at this store are very helpful and actually seem to be happy working there!

Assistant in the paint department was quick to help me choose the correct primer, mix the proper type of paint and pick the right brush I needed to finish painting my kitchen cabinets.

I purchased a pressure wand for my hose. It's like turning your garden hose into a miniature pressure washer. Works quite well.

We worked with Devon who helped us place our flooring order. She is very professional, friendly and answered all of our questions. The cashier and the Customer Service department employees were very nice as well. The store was clean and well stocked. We will definitely be using this Home Depot in the future.

We went to the appliance department and we’re greeted right away. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The were very friendly and patient while we were choosing our washer dryer and fridge.

Sharon in Kitchen Design is incredibly knowledgeable and impeccably patient as we worked through the design process! Also, the Customer Service department was wonderful in getting my difficult special order return done.
