Associates are very helpful!

Convenient location, prices are as low as on the mainland which is unusual in Hawaii. If you get to know the core long-time staff, they are really great. However, I've had trouble getting a certain special orders in the past.

I can tell that this store is short handed. With that being said the employees that are there now are very hard working. I wish them all happiness and good health. Thank you Home Depot

Most employees are not friendly, especially the ones on the sales floor. They need to be courteous and realize that they have a job because of me (as a customer). The next time I get bad service, I will definitely drop names because that person either needs to change (usually) her attitude or go work elsewhere that they don’t need to work w customers.

I bought three bags of potting soil and the cashier charge me four.Only I realize it after I got home.We live about 45mins from Kahului and.I don't want to waste my gas making this trip again.

Home Depot is my go-to place for all my DIY projects, home improvement projects, or just to browse and get ideas for my next project. Great selection and great prices you can't beat that, and don't forget employees that are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help

Home Depot is my favorite to shop at. However, There should be more employees to service customers. Employees seems stressful. because lack of help and no relax time to smile and to greet the customers. It's my favorite store, because I familiarize myself with the store and practically know where everything is, but when I need help I don't want to walk all over the store to get some help.

Staff is always welcoming and helpful. They always go out of their way to help or answer any questions you may have.

Whatever skills you have pertaining to construction of some sort, go to the HOMEDEPOT and checkout your needed supplies because they're easy to find! ASK, for assistance, they're friendly willing to help.

I have been a customer of the Home Depot in Kahalui, Hawaii for 26 years. I have remodeled six rentals and my own home with products and services exclusively from this Home Depot. Every employee I have dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly and taken time with me. I rarely have to order the items I need because they are stocked and delivered immediately. Their contractors and products make my remodels look superb. I am happy to share with my friends that Home Depot made everything look so beautiful.

I’m on another island in hawaii. No Home Depot’s here on my island. I was able to order my appliance with Dan at the Maui location. He made transaction so simple. Very friendly, and knowledgeable.

Certainly had my doubts about Home Depot and recently have been avoiding Home Depot, but Eric in appliances showed us a new level of Aloha Spirit for my pregnant wife, three kids, and myself that will seriously make us come back. He was truly our Christmas Miracle this Holiday Season! Aloha ke Akua ❤️

I enjoy shopping at the Kahului, Maui store especially during the fall season because their Halloween/Christmas section is outstanding & the staff is always helpful!

It seems that I spend a lot of my time at Home Depot. I return often because I continue to receive excellent customer service, helpful suggestions, fair prices, quality products and no hassle when I make a return. I strongly recommend the Maui Hone Depot. I have been able to order large scale items such as garage doors thru Customer Services. They have helped save me a lot of money because of their knowledgeable suggestions.

I got exactly what I was looking for because the Associate that assisted me knew his stuff. He also did a demo and upsaled the product. This is what makes a store great! When you have workers that know their stuff/ department and willing to go that extra mile, even if it's just to find the right light bulb, it can make a Big difference! Thanks Ben~~cc

Home Depot is Awesome!

I am a regular customer of Home Depot in Kahului, Maui because of the efforts made to provide ample options and availability of so many products. I receive helpful assistance and efficient service when purchasing. I am always treated as a valued customer even when making returns. The entire staff, from the time I arrive goes out of their way to see that I find what I am looking to purchase. I even am provided helpful suggestions of other options outside Home Depot when an item I am seeking is more specialized and typically not sold at hardware stores. Their knowledge in such situations has saved me many many hours over the past couple of years as I have taken in numerous projects at my property.
