Everyone in this particular Home Depot is amazing. All the employees. Except for the guy at the pro desk. He’s indifferent unhelpful and will be so rude not even to look up from his computer when you’re asking him a question. And keep in mind, I always say excuse me and wait until he is finished with the customer or on the phone - I don’t just show up and expect service. I promise you all the fault was on the employee at the pro desk. So don’t even bother going to this Home Depot if you have thousands of dollars to spend on a pro desk situation.

I go into Home Depot about 4 times a month and they always have what I need. They also have someone in the department that knows the material and is ALWAYS friendly.

Dave helped us out with all of our needs for our water pump that we needed as well as extra parts that we needed as well he is awesome

The store has met my needs completely for years. My experience today with Kelli giving an INSTALL QUOTE was completely UNEXCEPTABLE. HER people skills were negative and her attitude was worse. What I NEEDED her to explain was the INSTALL charge INCREASE from yesterday to today. Yesterday QUOTE was $125.00 TODAYS QUOTE was $348.01!!!!! For the SAME THING!!!! Garbage disposal install only. IF she doesn’t want to work hire someone that does. At check out NIKKI could not have been more professional and helpful. THANK YOU NIKKI

Your employees were friendly and the store was very clean. I was there to purchase a generator. Your employee Sasha was very helpful in walking me through applying for a Home Depot card, she was really patient with me. She is a stellar employee.

Store employees are some of the best that I have interfaced with and show a complete interest in helping and assisting in any way possible. As we were looking at all the patio furniture, we were approached by Paul and he gave us all of his attention and knowledge of the product we were interested in. After deciding to make the purchase based on his information he informed us that he would take us to checkout and do a personal checkout with us to include gathering necessary information to deliver the patio set as well as having it assembled with free delivery. This was an excellent in-store experience.

I realize that this pandemic has radically changed the retail business and I hope we will soon return to the excellent service I always have received from this store.

With stock people like young Austin who helped us find and load our purchases, your store will rate 5 stars everytime.

This store has the nicest employees and they are all so helpful. If someone can answer your question, they find someone who can. Super service.

Maria H. from Customer Service went out of her way to help me place my Pro order as the Pro Desk was closed ( Saturday/Sunday). My order was all special order items that are not in stock in the stores. I was not able to complete my special order online due to an issue with my account. Maria was also able to correct the information in my Pro account for me also. I was very satisfied with experience in my local store. Maria H. needs a raise and a promotion!
