I went to home depot to buy a 3000.00 mower, and a bagger. After the clerk was found and was happy to sell me the mower, she said she would check on the bagger. None in stock so I said that it was fine if they could just order me one. She checked with the manager and the manager said that I would have to order the bag myself on line. They didn't do that. I told them that the mowere wasn't any good to me without a bagger. They said I would have to order it on line they didn't do that. I did not get the mower without the assurance that I could get the bagger. Very disappointed. I spend between 20,000 to 200,000 a year at home depot but have been consistently disappointed over the last 8 months with the service.

I’ve always felt that the employees care about the shopper. It’s even more obvious since SARSCov2. I can call the store and they help answer questions over the phone, etc. I like to purchase online and then go pick it up. They load the items into my car and always with a happy voice. (I can’t see their faces because they wear masks, but I hear a happy tone in their voice.)

Thank you to Keena for going above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable. Customer service was amazing.

This is the 2nd time that a manager was helping me ( not known to me ) and it made my visit much faster and friendlier.

Diane in plumbing was great and I only required one trip.

The customer service in lumber was above and beyond what I was expecting. Jimmy was able to help me assess the needs for a storage project related to my pantry. Not only did he help me determine the type of lumber I would need, but he also aided me in selecting tools and hardware for the project as well.

Super friendly helpful employees that go above and beyond. Good job to all who work here

My visit to our Meridian ID Home Depot Store. Special thank you to store MNGR Gerrer and store member PATTY for going the extra mile helping us with this 2 day purchase wow did not expected so much help from these 2 people ( JUST OUTSTANDING ) Many thanks and have a Merry Christmas to all at the Meridian Home Depot.

Home depot has really stepped up their game in the last several years. I love going over there. I am a sewer/crafter/do it yourselfer, and I always get the help I need at Home Depot from the employees. Some have made absolutely GREAT suggestions!!

Overall this store is great, I prefer it to the one on Milwaukee St as the staff are generally very courteous and knowledgable. They genuinely care about the projects and how they can help. They usually have everything I need, fairly easy to find, and when I need help it doesn't take long to find it. There's been 2 issues recently however, one where they had the trashcan I needed, but no lid -- for the ones that lift with the foot-- which was really odd. And then the cashier I dealt with today was incredibly rude and was only focused on getting me through the line so she could check her phone. Otherwise, I prefer this store for my home improvement needs.

Had an amazing time today at Home Depot! Marty was extremely helpful & knowledgeable! He went above & beyond for us to get what we needed & will definitely be returning because of it!

I spent over $400 and showed my Veterans card when checking out. When I got home I checked the invoice and they did not give me a discount so i called customer service and was there was nothing they could do.

The associates are friendly and knowledgeable at the Meridian Home Depot.

Horrible employees at customer service desk. Return associate was very rude. Returning anything is a nightmare.

Found everything that I needed in the irrigation section. Everything was in order.

Found what I needed just fine with the help of employees. However I was looking for a replacement shovel handle and had some difficulty because the handle that I found didn't have the pin to secure it to the shovel. Things in stock need to be checked that they have all their parts.

The irrigation isle is a busy place in the spring but a bit unorganized as I had to go up and down the isle to get all the connection I needed. I was able to find all the pieces I needed.

I left the store with too few fence post brackets because the container next to the fencing materials had too few. I only became aware, after coming back at a later date, that the fence brackets are kept in the hardware isle. There should be a sign on the containers in the fencing isle the more are kept in the hardware isle.

This is our go-to store for anything home or garden related. First choice. Best selection of trees, shrubs around. Friendly associates are helpful and patient.

Spring is always busy in the irrigation isle but the workers were working hard to keep the bins organized despite people mixing things up.

Always welcomed with a warm smile when I walk thru the door of this store. Even with these crazy times, the staff are professional and helpful. They have a real "we have a job to do" attitude. I love it. Stay safe and keep up the great work.

This Home Depot has quickly become our favorite home improvement store. Everyone is always very helpful and they all seem to enjoy what they our doing. Our cashier today, Valerie, was very helpful! She went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family and I with our landscape project. With everything that is going on in the world today it was a breath of fresh air!

We had a wonderful experience today at Home Depot. Victor and Susan we exceptionally friendly. Thank you so much for your help to make this very stressful project seem easy.
