I use Home Depot for each home I renovate and I've been satisfied with everything from light fixtures to lumber and plumbing supplies. Personally, I especially love the tool rental department and the garden department. I've learned more about how to refinish hardwood floors from the tool rental guy than I did watching all the tutorials I could find online! I definitely recommend Home Depot, and I absolutely prefer the Merriam location over any other.

The employees did not seem like they wanted to help me and were not properly trained. I needed paint and they don’t have anyone at the paint counter after 7pm and don’t advertise that

I have done several flooring projects with Heather and crew at the Merriam Home Depot. They always go above and beyond to make sure my project is handled quickly and professionallly, which makes my customers very happy.

I recently received exceptional support from staff at Home Depot in Merriam, KS. Lucky, the manager who assisted me, went above and beyond to provide assistance!

Tom and his staff were the the most friendly and helpful people we've encountered in a long time. We will be making the Merriam Home Depot our store of choice, even though it is not the closest Home Depot to us. Thank you!

I like their cedar tone treated lumber. I use it on every deck I build.

I go to the Merriam store only because it is more safe than the midtown store. If you're thinking "big box" stores equal cheaper prices - think again. $7.78 for a 2 x 4??!! I will be comparing prices with the little guys that the big box guys are trying to put out of business. It is now worth the drive.

Do no purchase something online through this store, they will only be able to refund you in the store or via mail check. Really ridiculous considering virtual accommodations by many other stores. Also, their customer order specialists are extremely rude.

We love this Home Depot store - it is much nicer than the other one near us and the selection is great. We always get help when we need it and people are consistently friendly and kind.

Nice store. You Can tell the employees like what they do. It's nice that they are there to assist. Kim at the service desk pointed me to the right place and then took the time to answer all of my questions.

Zander invented customer service, he went above and beyond in helping me with my search of finding the missing tile.

This store has particularly attentive staff. Every time I visit this store I am able to find someone to help and more often than not they go above and beyond.

Amber, cashier located the product I purchased. There were 2 stockers that help me to find products. I wondered effortlessly to Amber and she took over and locked the sale in for Home Depot. The store was clean, and stocked. All employees were friendly.

The Home Depot stores are awesome anyway. This store has the Best customer service !

They had a wide selection of sheeting at a reasonable price. Lumber employees helped me cut it for a perfect fit and easy transportation.

My neighborhood Home Depot rocks! I can pop in, find what I need and be on my way in minutes. Can’t get that anywhere else!

This store has helpful employees

The items I needed were in stock. The employees are generally helpful although there are many who seem not to really want to be there. Do not rely on their delivery schedule- they rarely show up on the day they say they will and then they react as if it’s your fault. Very frustrating to wait for them only to have them not show up and never call - disappointed in that factor of this store.

I was so nervous to go to Home Depot today, because the project I had in mind required several sizes of wood not usually available. I thought people would laugh at me if I asked them to cut my wood purchase into so many precise measurements! Well, none of those fears came true. Everyone was super helpful, especially the young lad who made all the cuts for me. Seriously, everyone from the greeters, the cashier, the random employees asking me periodically to help me, and staff who provided a warm pleasantry as I left. After today, not only will I be returning to Home Depot, I'll be refusing to go anywhere else. Ah yes, I've finally answered the age old question, "Home Depot or Lo%&'s?" The answer is Home Depot!
