Service desk is Top Knotch. All the staff are like family, I dont know there names. But I know thete faces snd they know mine. Makes ya feel welcome.

Your products or with standing the test of time

I needed assistance with obtaining an item from top stock. Associate in electrical seemed annoyed/bothered to help. I continued to shop and of course needed some additional clarification but no one seemed to care, even after directly asking me if I needed help. ☹️. The ONLY bright spot was your lumber cashier….she was sincere and friendly.

Merritt Island Home Depot is always a great experience. Over the last 6.5 years we've bought most of our remodeling supplies from them and 8 appliances. They stand behind their products and have helped us when we've had concerns.

Amanda was very helpful and understanding with my doors. Customer service goes a long way. I will continue to shop here because of it.

I tried to buy a flower pot and it did not have a upc sticker, I asked the clerk and she said for me to run back to the garden center and get one with a sticker, when I told her that they didn't have anymore red ones she told me she can't leave the registers. I asked her if she could look it up and she gave me a face and was rude. I left it at the register and went to the garden center and got another color. The garden cashier was very nice.

Dessie in customer service went out of her way to make my purchase quick and easy. Real pleasure doing business with a professional.

My art studio is in Melbourne and I stay in Merrit Island. I use Home Depot as my one stop shopping for everything I need to sculpt or paint murals. It's very easy. The only problem I have with Home Depot is knowing when to stop shopping. I love giving gift cards to my friends and family because I know they love shopping at Home Depot too.

Appliance Wendy is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Should you order online don't be surprised when you pick up your items and not everything is there because YOU are supposed to receive a phone call if your items are not available. All they do is apologize until I requested the name and # for the District Manager. I will never order online again as my project is now delayed 3 days. I will shop elsewhere, Goodbye Home Depot.

Went to buy a freezer, the department person was very helpful and efficient. We were very happy with the selection we made.

I would like to say that William and Gayle were very helpful with our purchase and because of their help it made the purchase go smoothly. I would consider them a great asset to the company and I will definitely go back to Home Depot because of them.

After using the same front load washer and dryer for over 10 years, I finally bit the bullet and ordered a new top load washer and front load dryer from Home Depot yesterday. The experience was painless and quick, thanks to Wendy, the sales woman that assisted me.

The amount of polite eager to serve customer department representatives Was a huge improvement over the past four months around Christmas time there was hardly anybody available and it took 20 to 30 minutes to find someone who was available now everyone was very helpful and available
