I live in Salem, New, Hampshire, and I went to a border city in Methuen Massachusetts, because the staff has always been helpful and extremely friendly, my assistant, Jojo treated me as if I was family..!

Today experienced great customer service. John L. was highly competent in helping me to get the proper tools and materials to fix my garage door. Eddie, the cashier, was helpful and courteous.

So friendly and quick to help!

Just had a window in my bathroom replaced and I'm completely satisfied with the product and the installation.

I shop at this location frequently and consistently receive excellent customer service and have an overall positive experience.

Customer service is fantastic here.

This week I went an grabbed 756$ worth of supplies an as I was self checkouts 2nd shift store manager Rena came up to me without saying a word an looked into my bags an went threw all my stuff one by one everything was scanned I said must be I’m Latino with tattoos an she said I hit it on the nose I went told store manager Carmen an he couldn’t even look at me never felt so worth less I do everything by the book for them to treat me that way so I left my stuff didn’t pay went to Home Depot in Tewksbury

I only have one thing to say is that Home Depot definitely hires professional people and for that I sm always happy to shop there

Purchase yard mulch each year, satisfied with assortment and also like display and quantity of flowers.

Done with Home Depot . They have no help on the sales floor and the slowest cashiers Ive ever seen

If you need anything from the Millwork Dept of the Methuen HD then pop in and see John. He can answer any questions you my have and find what you need if they have it in stock.

Trying to checkout with self checkout and my bill was getting rejected from the register. The useless kid told me to "just finish paying with a card." I didn't want to use a card. i asked him to exchange the bill at a register and he said he couldn't do that. Then told me to pay with a card again. I said no, I don't have a card. he said: "i don't know what you want me to do, I just work here." Seriously. If you think you are working kid, you are wrong, you are just showing up to get a paycheck. Call a manager, it's not rocket science.

In general, the staff will quickly reply they don't know, or, get you someone that does. Some of your people have valuable knowledge.

If you happen to shop at this HD, ask for Dylan R. to assist you. He was great!

We are doing a ton of work on the house. When we have tried to shop "across the border" we find little help, even the self checkouts are not working. We never have an issue with the Methuen store...always help and plenty of self checkouts open!

Horrible service the employees they have there don’t look like they know what to do unless it’s just hanging around doing nothing. Management needs to look at that this is the reason I’m writing it because if no one says it then it’ll keep happing.

Why does hd make it so difficult to receive my veterans discount? My eligibility should be linked to my HD Credit card. Use the card, get the discount! This using the APP gets confusing (I am 75 and don't do apps well, but that did not hamper me from getting shopt at)
