No customer service for me and my 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. Loading 4x4x10s from HIGH LOCATION DUE TO POOR MERCHANDISING AND WAS STRUCK IN THE HEAD WITH A METAL POLE. TOLD CASHIER, SHE JUST STARED BLANKLY AND SAID SORRY UNDER HER BREATH.

Malia at customer service needs to learn how to treat customers. A little nice goes a long way.

Twice in two weeks I have had online orders cancelled for no reason, without notification, when product is on the shelf. Each time I drove 45 minutes to the store before finding this out. Luckily what I needed was still on the shelf but then why was my order cancelled?

Debbie from plumbing is the best employee. She is so very knowledgeable and she educated me. I have upgraded my life and become a plumber, too. Home Depot has a customer for life!

I love my ryobi weed eater which is 18V. I cannot start my gas powered edger, so I decided to get a Ryobi 18V edger. Got it today and looking forward to using it. I'm 82 and husband is 83, so batter powered lawn equipment is a necessity. I'm so happy to have found this one.

I have used this store ever since it opened, and I would not go anywhere else, very knowledgeable people in all departments, and very willing to help.

Brenda will argue with you and insult your skills to decipher what key go with what lock! All I needed was 2 keys cut per lock and she argued that the keys were all the same and refused to cut 2 of each I now have 4 of the same key!

Normally they have all the lumber I need.

Great store, friendly employees always stocked up

Today I went into Home Depot to purchase blinds for my windows. Malik gave us excellent service. He went above and beyond what is normally expected. If you go to Home Depot to purchase blinds be sure to ask for Malik.

Just purchased a new refrigerator and our sales person saved us a boat-load of money. Haydee was very helpful and congenial.

Just wanted to give a shout out to one of the Home Depot employees in the MET department. Abby is a young lady who always greets me with a smile and ask if she can help me find what I am looking for. Im in there everyday and she is like that every time I see her in the store.

When shopping at the Middleburg, Home Depot, Jill and Dixie are Always a pleasant experience to shop with. Jill and Dixie make shopping at the Home Depot Easy and enjoyable. I know that I can Get in and out of there in a timely manner while still having a pleasant conversation with the two. These two women are extremely knowledgeable and treat me like I am a valued customer. No doubt in my mind that the Middleburg Home Depot has the absolute best pro team in the company! I drive out of my way to come to the store, even though I live less than five minutes away from the Fleming Island store. As long as these run the desk, I will continue to keep my business at This location.

No cashiers I am not an employee of home depot. I want someone to ring me up. Never anyone in the store or they are up front shooting the breeze with each other. Waste of time going there. Just poor management all the way around.

I purchased an Echo Chainsaw and was very happy to have Devon as my in-store assistant! She was very nice and helpful to me.

It was great having a employee Brent in plumbing actually help me figure out what I needed and give me the words to give me confidence that I could fix the issue I was having.

I needed a very specific and unique piece of hardware and could not find it anywhere. John (in plumbing) took the time to help me and set me up with exactly what I needed to finish my project! Sometimes it's hard to find someone when you need help so I was very grateful for not only helping me but John stuck with it until we found what I needed.

It would be unusual to buy a bad product here. If there happens to be a problem with a product, I have never had a issue with returning it.

We just moved to the area and have been to this store several times to help with our new house. Every time we have received quick help when needed.

I live up in Orange Park, a quarter mile from that other brand x store. I drive past 2 of the brand x stores to shop at this store #6935 as I can always get friendly help and knowledgeable advice at this store and the prices are competitive.

I don't normally shop at "Big Box" stores but needed something that was only available at Home Depot. when I walked in Ashlynn was awesome. her friendliness and personality made it feel more like a small town hardware store.
