I have only had positive experiences at this store. From Nancy in Kitchen Appliance to the guys that will trim lumber for you, to the various cashiers, to the paint department ...everyone has in the last 12 years I have been coming here have only been friendly, helpful people who aren't lazy and do a great job. It's just a store but it's the most comfortable one to shop at compared to any kind of retail. I don't always need to shop here but it's pleasant when I do.

This is one of two home improvement stores in the area that always has a great selection of plants. They stock multiple species of Hoyas which I am always on the hunt for and they are well taken care of. I greatly appreciate it.

Every time I need products to complete my jobs the people at Middletown Homedepot are there. Noah Hallden, MacKenzie, Carley, Jimi are always fantastic. Keeps my sanity in the crazy work path. Thank you Middletown Homedepot.

We had to go to Middletown because our local HD didn't have the item we were looking for. A guardrail for scaffolding. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff which made it well worth the drive there.

I had two occasions to visit the Berlin, CT store and the paint department individual, Ralph, on both visits and Lana B in hardware along with Rita in self check out made both visits pleasurable and made it possible to accomplish our purpose .

I am a DIY individual and their pricing is quite good.

I have shopped six times at this location in one month. John and Claudia were excellent in providing customer service!! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always with a smile! Products were plentiful; overall assistance in the aisles was good.

My experiences with Home Depot have been positive, but this store has an exceptionally pleasant helpful staff.

It’s kind of a pain in the backside to get around all the stuff in the isles, especially in the front of the store.

Manager was friendly and very helpful.

Ask for Jermaine the store clerk to help you. He was outstanding with being helpful and answering all our questions lawn tools. Great Job!

The staff were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable! Greeted me at the door, offered to help, led me to the product andsmiled and thanked me on my way out!

I go to a home improvement store at least 15 times a week, and always enjoy going to this store the best. The employees are fantastic and knowledgeable. I cannot say the same about other stores. They are quick to help me when I have a question. Shout out to: Chris and Dave in hardware for helping me track down some frustratingly hard to find fasteners. Scott in plumbing for his knowledge in helping me get the right parts when I wasn’t sure how to proceed. The wonderful cashiers and service desk for being welcoming. Andy for always helping however he can. Charlie for being a great forklift driver and loader. Pat at the pro desk for always getting me the best prices he can Thanks guys and gals for making an otherwise draining work day have a little bit of sunshine in it!!

Bought a shelving unit for $199 and went back one week later to buy another. It was now on sale for $169. Rang up at full price but Edward had a supervisor come with me and verify pricing. I mentioned my prior purchase and he sent me to Carly in customer service who refunded the difference from my purchase the week before. Saved me $60......if they're still on sale I may go buy two more.......

In all departments, I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchase a lot of my remodeling needs at the home depot, For the most part,I can find what I need. I must say, that my local store is staffed with personable, friendly, and helpful emplyees.

Middletown store has always been very helpful searching out products for me. Cashier and loaders are very pleasant.

I’ve been to many Home Depot’s throughout CT and nowhere has as competent and friendly associates as Middletown.

This store doesnt have bags. Cashier told me they dont buy bags to give the customers to carry their stuff out to their car.

Always have what I need in stock or able to order in day or so
