I bought a Black & Decker corded pole saw and spent my fourth trimming every tree on my property!

I came shopping today, knowing what I wanted and knowing I wouldn’t be able to find it. But I found it pretty easy with the help of the guys in the Fleming section. And then on checking out it was really fast because while there was a problem ahead of me with some thing the checker Shelita, Had came and scanned all my items so when I made it to the cashier, she already had it rang up, and I was out of there above and beyond! That’s what makes Home Depot my shopping place the employees that are friendly and very helpful

This Home Depot location in MWC,OK is top notch. All of the employees were extremely helpful and they had plenty of products on the shelves!

We can always get help right away when we need it. My husband bought a circular saw for almost half the price they usually are. We are definitely coming back for all of our projects.

My husband and I made a significantly large purchase of flooring and carpeting. The sales rep listed to us, guided us, and informed us of options and sales promos. Sales personnel were asking if we needed assistance any time they saw us walking around. If they could not help us, they were quick to find somebody who could.

I am 100% dependent on oxygen and my machine was too low to disconnect from the charger but I needed a part for my mother’s toilet. I proceeded to call the store and the young lady who answered the phone was very courteous but her manager Cherry (like the fruit) was nothing friendly or courteous or accommodating. I told her the situation she replied with order it online and we will bring it to you… I stated I only had cash and the part was like $3.00…. She said sorry We can’t help you.. I asked for the store manager she said sure… you’re gonna get the same answer… her store manager was called and he was apologetic and sent someone right away to assist me. The young KING who assisted me apologized and said this was not a big deal to assist me. And encouraged me to complain in order for upper management to know what had transpired. I don’t think what I asked for was unreasonable I just needed a little assistance and was treated like my money don’t matter and that Home Depot does not care about it’s customers that may not be fortunate enough to be like everybody else. It’s hard for me to ask for help and I reserve asking for help only when I absolutely need it…. But Cherry made me feel unwelcome and unimportant to Home Depot and I will never shop with your store again and will let every disabled organization know how I was treated and that she felt justified in saying she would not help me!

Today's shopping experience was extremely awesome. I didn't have to wait for assistance. Check out what's amazing. The entry and exit greetings. We're just right on point. There's not a lot to say other than today's experience was actually pleasant.

So many problems I’m not going to even list them all Main issue was shingle delivery, by the time HD got material to job site we had old shingles tore off and waiting( no big deal). Only delivered 30 bundles out of 80 ordered AFTER making numerous calls why short I’m informed the other 30 will be delivered the following day , unacceptable especially since chance of rain overnight,it’s a 1 day job for us. I called their competitor and had the rest delivered within 1 hour. Then I call to stop the next day delivery and get my refund. Good luck. Took over a dozen calls to get it cancelled.had to call the following day to get refund. Numerous other product left off order HD DIDNT CARE AT ALL. YOU WOULD THING THEY WOULD AT LEAST GIVE A CUSTOMER A COURTESY CALL TO LET SOMEONE KNOW ORDER IS MISSING PRODUCT THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HOME DEPOT EVER MIDWEST CITY, OK store # 3911

The employees at the Midwest City Home Depot store are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Best customer service ever. The Pro Desk lady is very knowledgeable and helpful.

First time in a long while our visit was pleasant. It was nice that employees went out of their way to help and had the knowledge of where things were. We get so wrapped up in our worlds that we forget to take an extra look and smell the roses 🌹

Paint department employees kept trying to push accessories I didn't want or need. Their "Home Services" people were walking around the store asking leading questions trying to get people that they could sell their service.

I always know that the service will be great at Midwest City HD!
