Love the large size of the store as it provides a lot of products including the seasonal gardening area. However I think they should have had a separate cash register only for the propane tanks and maybe the live gardening products. Saw a customer that only wanted a propane tank but had to wait on the Covid line

This store is wonderful nice friendly and helpful employes .I have been to the bigger stores and its the same to me but this one is closes to my home which saves on gas and i like that i get all that i need here and more like when i went to purchase some soil to start my summer garden i needed 2 bags of soil a small and larger bag i ask the employer to help me put it in my shopping cart he told me he got it and lifted the very very heavy bag by himself into my cart now what more can i ask for. The only thing is i forgot to pay attention to his name so i could let HD know about this worker. Thank you Sir again.

The cashier was excellent She gave us the opportunity to open a home deport credit card and saved us $50

This location has been around for many years. It's ok, it's a much smaller store than most, they don't carry as much as the other stores. I don't always find what I'm looking for but I will 5 stars to employees Veronica & Ms.Cleo for excellent customer service. Store was fairly clean.

The sore is small but they helped me get a fridge and got it quickly . very pleasant and helpful

Store agent by the name of Ivan seems to have gone out of his way to assist me and continued to do so until I made a decision. And he was very informed about the product I purchased.

the girls in appliance were so nice. Margaret helped me find what i needed took the time to explain it to me and made sure all of our questions were met. i was hesitant after going to gateway mall home depot and had such a bad experience but i reccomend this place to everyone. and the young man in plumbing stopped to help me and my daughter with the washer hoses etc. so happy. keep up the good work home depot.

The customer service here is AWESOMEE!!!! Out of all the home-depot in Brooklyn- this one has the best CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERR! There is not one time I have been here and never received help with anything- and trust me- I've been here QUITE A FEW TIMES. I was about to get a part time job in this store that's how many times I've visited and purchased! (SMILE) And every single time- the CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCEPTIONAL! This home- depot is the Chick-Fil-a of Home Depots!

I would recommend anyone to this Home Depot...and once again I’d love to thank Monique for making sure I got the correct paint while checking it at the cashiers check out

Even though this Home Depot is small in comparison to the ones on Long Island, I was able to get the items that I needed to completed the job I'm doing in Mill Basin. It is conveniently located with very friendly and helpful employees. I enjoy shopping at that store.

I used the HOME DEPOT APP to find items and I was HIGHLY MISLEAD THE ITEMS WAS NOT IN STOCK! ACCURACY 100% LACKING DAMAGED ITEMS STILL ON SHELVES THIS COMPANY STILL ISN'T CONCERN ABOUT QUALITY ITEMS THEY SELL AND RETURN POLICY IS THE 3RD DEGREE OF INTRUSIVE! IF I WANTED MY MONEY BACK FINE ( WITH NO RECEIPT) YES ID but just TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM WORTH $10.00 I wouldn't shop as much! Especially at GATEWAY LOCATION 11239. HORRIBLE TO TALK TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE!

Worst store for cleanliness, inventory and employees.

Staff are very helpful and focus at this location, been to other Home Depot store and leave without locating the items I needed, no one around to help you.
