great store. Amazing customer service.

This Home Depot in particular is always clean, well organized and the shelves are well stocked. There always are store associates available to help if you need their assistance. The Garden Shop is wonderful, with so many beautiful, well taken care of plants to choose from.

The best shopping experience in this store

I ordered a washer and a dryer, plus 2 pedistal on June 26. Delivery was on July 15. You only shipped us 1 pedistal. The delivery persons had to take it back because the order was not complete. On July 18 the delivery had my washer and dryer and 2 pedistals. But the pedistal did not match the appliances. I have been on the phone with customer services. They are professional and courteous. Both times I had been on the phone for too long periods of time. I am tired of this

Maria in the paint department is the best. She has all the answers for any paint questions. She was very helpful in helping pick a paint for my hamster cage and made shure it was pet friendly. Thanks so much

Without a doubt the friendliest , most helpful , well stocked store in my lifetime.

DO NOT COME HERE. The customer service is a joke. Purchased an item they didn’t have out on display but had in stock and was told to load my car and wait there for it to be delivered. I waited ten minutes and came back in to wait but then I noticed my original cashier was gone. I showed her the receipt and what I was told and she got frustrated with me and told me that I’d just have to wait. After waiting an hour I became extremely frustrated just for me to start complaining to her, when all of a sudden she shares with me that the whole hour I was waiting she had it behind the counter the entire time. Never coming here again and I suggest the same for anyone else.

I was at this store this morning. Didn’t need a lot this time. I asked an associate, Jose, where I could find a few items. He stopped what he was doing and walked me to each aisle, located the items and actually talked with me the entire time. He made my visit seems as though I was the only person there. This is what Home Depot used to be like and I will be going back instead of using the ‘other’ home improvement store. Thanks, Jose!

Customer service is a long and laborious experience. Online ordering turned in to a fiasco due to inaccurate inventory and lack of communication on behalf of associates. Attempts to call the store are generally met with unanswered phones or 15+ minute hold times and an abrupt disconnection. When Sean, the store manager, came to assist he deferred to customer service associates as he said he was wholly unaware of how to operate the computer system. Delores was the only employee who could navigate customers and the computer system to get things accomplished.

Be cautious if you are renting tools. There is a girl working there named Zeniah, she is not helpful. She has the personality of a shoe. She didn’t care that I had to come back 2 times because of things that was her fault. Ask for Rhonda or someone else to assist you. Trust me save yourself some time. She is the WORST!

Great staff in there - even if you interrupt them when they are busy doing something they are so helpful and tell you where stuff is. The garden section is awesome and well priced compared to Lowes.
