Absolutely love home Depot great variety and great stor layout

Staff is very helpful and accommodating!

Employees are not very attentive and when I shop there seems to be only the self check out available. I simply avoid this HOME DEPOT whenever possible.

Every employee I walked by asked if they could help me. That was nice.

It's easy to shop at this Home Depot. You will NOT be disappointed; the store is clean. Employees are friendly. I buy everything "home" here.... light bulbs, screws, molly bolts, gardening supplies at Home Depot on Montlimar Dr in Mobile AL. I'll be back.

Normally this Home Depot is overall decent (though like all Home Depots, stocking is always an issue - there's always that one part you need, but they're out of stock or have stopped carrying it). However, the way they handled a return yesterday was so poorly done, so unbelievably unreasonable, it was deplorable. There were two very easy and relatively inexpensive solutions for them. Yet even though the problem was caused by them, they were absolutely committed on either making sure I was left without the tool I needed and that worked best for me, or having me pay a significant chunk of additional money to fix their mistake - which was all caused just because they weren't paying attention to begin with.

The Home Depot needs to install call buttons on ever isle in the store. It's always hard to get assistance when you are looking for any item. other than that the Home Depot store is good.

Allecia “ Lee” at customer service desk is the best. She is very patient . She helped me with a HD credit card issue. Best customer service I have received in years. She also signed me up for the HD credit card . I will continue to shop at this store . This store has great service .

Example: the worst experience I ever had.Do not not contract a job through them

Bought a Ryobi One string trimmer product, got home and opened the box to find essential parts missing. The box had apparently previously been opened, had parts removed, and carefully resealed. My bet is that it was a return that did not get checked properly before returning it to the shelf for resale. Poor business practices can kill a good business.

Allecia at service desk asked me to write survey. She always helps with me with my purchases . So I’m helping her with survey. She has a great personality. I always come to service desk to checkout with her.

Allecia Edwards customer has a great attitude ! Home Depot need more assocties like her . Whenever I come in , she always greets me with a smile . She is full of joy . If you want to keep your business , keep her around . I don't get this type of treatment at Lowes

The employees at this store take pride in their work and are extremely willing to help you. The staff is also extremely friendly and customer focused. I enjoy shopping at this particular location and will drive out of my way just to shop here.

I really love this store. The people there are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Much better service than other home improvement stores.

I've always gotten help from staff from the moment I walk thru the front door. I've never had to go looking for someone to get my questions answered or for directions to the products I'm looking to purchase. The staff listens and both answers the questions I have and engage with their own questions to make sure I get all the info I need even when I haven't thought everything thru. Very happy -- will be a repeat customer.

I will always shop at all home depot

It's the only THD near my worksite, so since I'm a Homer, I have no choice but to patronize this poorly managed, inadequately staffed (no employee on the floor in lumber or hardware, at length), unit. A non-employee, rather than a aproned loader/lot attendant, outside the lumber end door, jumps to assist without request, in expectation, I supposed, of a gratuity. In case of accident/damage to you or your vehicle, does THD's liability insurance cover incidents? No employee in lumber or hardware at mid-am on a Saturday, during a thirty minute period, no dollies visible either in lumber/hardware/ electrical, or outside the lumber end door in parking lot. If you're not familiar with the store layout, plan on spending 3X the time getting out of this store than if competently managed and staffed.

Allecia Edwards is awesome ! I had a problem and initially asked for a manager . But she took the project on herself. She gave me a discount for a damage item. Her smile is gorgeous and she is very nice . If anyone needs great customer service at HD , see Allecia Edwards " Lee " at service desk .

Long lines at checkout due to no registers open except self checkouts and the contractor desk. Ridiculous.

Best home improvement store around. The staff was very helpful in getting me setup with exactly the products I needed!
