Yes, this Home Depot has great customer service staff. I was assisted by Chanthi. She helped me alot. She help me find the correct ladder, and help me apply for the Pro Rewards program. And made sure I have the right ladder. She is awesome!!!

Do not shop at the Home Depot store on Carpenter Road in Modesto if you value your health. They are refusing to follow the governor's orders for requiring customers to wear masks. In Stanislaus County we have one of the highest rates of positive Covid cases in California, and Home Depot is contributing to the rise in Covid cases.

Don't go to Home Depot if you value your health. They are not enforcing the governor's order for customers to wear masks.

I recently had one of the best shopping experiences at this Home Depot Store. A knowledgeable, helpful, friendly employee made this experience possible. Her willingness to go the extra mile to assist me with my problem/purchase was superb. Home Depot...keep hiring and training wonderful employees like the one who assisted me. BEATRIZ...keep doing a good job.

This location is always clean and fast going. The employees always without hesitation to help you with any questions or concerns you can possibly have. This location always has everything I’m looking for to get any job done that I’m dealing with. My two favorite employees by far is MIA and ANEKA. There amazing !!

Called in advance for a tool rental. Informed they had it. Went to the rental line and told we needed to use front entrance. Waited in first line for 10 minutes and told this was the return line. No signs delegating which line is which. Waited in the line for 20 minutes due to social distancing and never informed at that time the equipment was locked up and the key was misplaced. Finally waited for the rental and then informed the key was missing. 3 opportunities for Home Depot to tell customers about the rental equipment.

Shopped this store 18 years it's clean , pleasant workers but past few times been in seems this one particular cashier always there lucky me NOT ,she the most rude , disrespectful, tasteless,person working with the public I've seen and not that young I'll drive to Turlock then step foot in carpenter Rd home Depot again .

I was harassed and treated horribly after making my purchase. I was almost body checked by a little boy cashier named James, my receipt was snatched from my hand and was held back from leaving the store like a criminal. He get uncomfortably close to me he did it to intimidate and bully me and he was allowed to. Store manger on duty was not any better and lamely apologied for me feeling that way not for what James did. She refused to anything for me and was clearly bothered that she had to deal with a problem. She is not manger material whatsoever not her appearance very sloppy dressed , messy unkempt hair and absolutely no problem solving skills... in fact she seemed out of it. Clearly not intelligent enough to be a manager.

Return process is hassle free. If you need electrical help, look for an electrician named Yule. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He would take time to explain the process so I would understand. A true "you can do it, we can help" professional. Can't speak for other employees who stand around or too busy doing what they're doing.

I love this store they usually have everything I need

Not a single employee wanted to be there, and it was apparent immediately upon parking my car. Nobody asked customers if they needed help, and the one employee I saw "dealing" with a customer did nothing but talk down to him, treat him like a child, then thanked him when the customer gave up trying to be helped. Store is in a trash part of town with trash people working inside. Fire everybody and start over.

Most employees are very rude and have no clue about anything related to the products they have

The Home Depot #6601 is a great store to shop at . Employees are great in helping you find what you need. Returns are easy. Very well stocked with all that you need and want.

My experience this trip was great. I did not have to chase any employee down and got exactly what I needed . New employee, Bonnie, helped me to decide which security door was best for my new home .She then introduced me to Karen, who assisted me with new fridge and stacked washer/dryer choices. In the paint department, Kevin mixed a paint color that was a perfect match for my diy project .This was the best experience I have ever had at Home Depot .

This store really made you feel uncomfortable as if you were stealing items from the store will I recommend this store to others of course not I wouldn’t want them to go through what I went through.

Out shopping for new Washing Machine and Dryer.Home Depot was competitive in pricing and very efficent in closing our deal.This store is extremely clean and well run.

rude clerk in blinds. worried about getting out for lunch maybe? we wasted an hour setting up blinds to be cut and they werent the right color .when the color was changed they didnt have the sizes we needed. VERY RUDE. waste of time

Hourly employees are great. When you have to get a manager involved they do not respond or take forever to show up.

I was extremely happy with the cashier Tina 6601 00002 78473 I think was her I’d number she was super cool and laughed at some jokes I said and people knew where things were when I asked good store I recommend this store

nice enough store. Employees customer service at times is nonexistent. Like theres nobody in charge. Go to a competitor in town and you will get the exact opposite. I dont get it. A "Hello" and "Thank You" maybe "How you doing today?"go a long way and dont cost a penny to pass out all day. That last shot at checkout when people give you their hard earned money is the most important of all.I even had a guy in paint treat me like i was an irritation asking where paint brushes were.

Brent is very knowledgeable and so helpful. Maryann also. Thanks for making my life a little easier. I was able to get everything I needed to start a project. Will go back as needed for supplies.

This store has improved its customer service in a HUGE way. If you had a bad experience before at this store I encourage you to give them another try. It has really changed. Sales people will greet you. you will even hear THANK YOU at checkout which this day and age never happens.

Most often staff is helpful, things are easy to find and no wait times at the register.

Beautiful location. Parking is acceptable.including handycap parking availability. The cashier's & other staff were coutious and available to help and assist our needs straight down to specific special order pieces. The plight manor of the customer's attract a sense of better quality services that will keep my family coming back.
