As always when I shop at Home Depot, and that's the only store I shop at, in this category, the shop was clean, items were stocked neatly and easy to identify, customer service is above and beyond, and after all that, I get a military discount!

Purchased 14 light fixtures renovating an old house. If I didn’t like it- EASY return. Store found lights at another store me and made it SUPER easy to get it delivered free.

What a great experience! Adam, the Pro Section Manager, came by and cut a piece of plywood for me. It sounds like no big deal, but I have been trying to get a piece of plywood cut for two weeks at another store(where I usually shop). The store gave me the runaround - come back later, no one is here that can do that, the saw's broken, etc. The other stores in Wilmington treated me like I was a pain in the neck. Adam made me feel important, like I mattered. He happily made the cuts himself when he could have easily dumped it off on a subordinate. I became a Home Depot customer today because of one person, Adam the Pro Section Manager. We encourage you to review our guidelines and resubmit your review on #3609 Wilmington.

Provides great customer service in the Appliance Department

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at the Myrtle Grove Store. I have shopped and used every department they have and the professional courtesy all the sales associates show to the customers is amazing!! The store is clean, well laid-out for ease in locating items, LOVE the GARDEN DEPARTMENT!!!! Great plant selection!! Great people and THEY ALL love my dog and give her lots of pats and treats!

Debbie Murphy, Ray, and Ann from the appliance department were the most helpful and professional folks I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in many years. I can only wish I could deal with people like them everywhere I shop. They are true professionals and a credit to Home Depot.

I visited Home Depot today to pick up a list of different items. I was helped by 3 employees without asking. I was helped by 2 employees when I stopped them and asked for help. The Home Depot store at Myrtle Grove is an excellent store. It is always clean and organized. I always enjoy going to the store because I know that there will always be some there to assist me if I ever need assistance. My experience is always a delighted experience. If the product I need is not available they are quick to locate it for me or have it shipped to the store for pick. The associates are pleasant and welcoming. They are quick to provide information or assistance if needed.

Assistant manager was abrupt and sarcastic, not helpful at all

The delivery service for a w/d ordered a year ago refused to wear masks and threatened to dump the appliances in the yard if I wanted them to wear masks. They entered, installed appliances and the washer had a failed control panel. Waited 6 weeks for replacement. They credited the purchase back on my HD credit card for 5 months,assured me it was a permanent courtesy credit, then reversed the credit, billed the full amount and showed me 90 days past due despite 5 months of a credit balance. I ordered a dishwasher that was in stock, they sent the wrong one and despite talking with HD, delivery service, and GE no one will okay a return authorization and arrange to ship the correct dishwasher. I will never order anything from Home Depot again.

WHEN YOU SHOP AT THIS STORE, I HOPE YOU MEET A YOUNG MAN NAMED KIP GALYEAN. HE IS A PHENOMON PERSON, WHICH SHOWS AS HIS BEING AN EMPLOYEE. HE LISTENS AND HELPS YOU GET ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR YARD LOOK GREAT! THE ENTIRE STAFF AT THIS STORE SEEMS TO BE KIND AND HELPFUL. THE STORE IS CLEAN AND SEEMS TO BE WELL STAFFED SO WHEN YOU NEED SOMEONE, SOMEONE IS NEARBY AND WILL ASSIST YOU OR QUICKLY FIND SOMEONE TO ASSIST YOU. THE ONLY LINE I HAVE EVER STOOD IN, AT ANY LENGTH OF TIME IS WHEN NEEDING KEYS! HAHA... GUESS THATS MY ONLY NEGATIVE THOUGHT!

Nothing stood out to separate and elevate Home Depot from any of the other, similar, stores. That is something you should strongly consider because otherwise, people come to you by luck or chance but not necessarily by design and appeal. What you are successful at is not turning people off.

I love the employees they are helpful and kind they help and do what ever they can to make you happy
