I am writing this review about one of the workers at. the customer service counter. Upon entering the store today, several female employees were standing just inside the door together and I asked the group where the small hand held shopping baskets were since I didn't need a large shopping cart. One of them immediately said "We don't have any". Two of them did not respond at all. The last one told me she would go get me one. I told her not to bother and explain to me where I could find one and she told me they were at the entrance of gardening. I went back outside and located the small handheld basket and did my shopping and checked out. I then returned to the customer service entrance and looked for the woman who had helped me. I couldn't find her and asked about her and another of the women located her for me and I got her name. Her name was DENNY and I wanted to come on here and write a review about her because she DIDNT say "We don't have any".

Purchased a washer and dryer. Christina and Ce Ce are "Appliance Angels". They spent an extended period of time making sure I understood manufacturer product types and features. Both were thoroughly knowledgeable and provided A+ customer service. I contacted the store after my delivery, spoke with Ce Ce (happen to be on duty) who gave me information I needed to contact manufacturer. Her final words "if they can't help you, please call me back and I will try to help".

The way Trong, the head cashier, helped me out, will make this store has a great customer service. I shopped late at night and they didn’t mind to help me to load a lot of stones.

Rodrigo was outstanding. He was courteous, he knew his product and it was a quick checkout! He was the best!

I was in the appliance department and the sales associate was knowledgeable and very nice. Willing to help above and beyond. He knew we were looking for a special accessory and I was having a hard time deciding on my purchase because I had been looking and looking in several places, comparing prices, quality, and would not make my purchase unless I could have the special piece of accessory. Rodrigo took extra time, took the information home and found the item I was needing. It was not offered in stores, special order from the company, but he was kind enough to help me get exactly what i was wanting. He made me feel like I was in one of those stores that have designers and consultants finding making sure the client is happy! I truly enjoyed my time with him.

Poor customer service. If your online price differs from the store, fix the price in the store without issue. The only exception might be a clearance item. A side comment- I think Home Depot and other large corporations who were allowed to be open and shortened their hours to add to corporate profits share the blame for the additional Covid cases and deaths and should held accountable. You should have extended your hours to spread customers out and ideally provide a customer count online so people knew when to go.

May every customer have the positive, prompt, helpful experience I had today.

This store is very close to where we live and my wife and I have been going to this store for 15 years. However, in the past 18 months the customer service experience has significantly declined. We can rarely find a Home Depot associate, and when we do they are usually joking around with or talking to other associates. IF we are able to get their attention, the associate(s) rarely know the answer to our question(s) or where the product is located that we came to purchase. We now typically go to a Home Depot much farther away where the customer service experience is much better! To be fair, I did have a very positive experience yesterday (12/30/2020) for the first time in 18 months. Because of this experience I will give this store another chance (it is very close to where we live). If my experience continues to be positive I will be happy to improve my rating.

Easy access via I30 and Center Street. The store is clean and is near other shopping of interest, banks, and restaurants. Just a very good location.

Return employees where disrespectful to apparent supervisor and somewhat rude to me any job I had in retail customer always came first you don't see ignore them untill you complete buisy work task nor reply to supervisor we see him ? Grown adults

I hate this Home Depot location. There's always people parking in the loading area that are not loading and the managers won't do anything about it. The aisles are always a mess, either with unattended lumber carts or stuff for sale that should be on shelves instead of the middle of the aisles. This store needs to take a lesson for the north Irving location - that store is always well kept. North Arlington is a freaking pig sty with crappy management. I really wish there was another hardware store in north Arlington. But I have to deal with this crappy location until I retire.

I made my purchases from the garden dept. I bought supplies to edge my flower bed. The young man in the garden dept. had no experience which led to misinformation that ended in the whole project being canned. Most of the time in this store, helpful shoppers are always willing to give info, but no such luck that day. I took my purchases to the checkout and the lady was not at her post because she was visiting. When she finally saw me and rang my purchases, she rang two different things up twice for an overcharge of more than $60.00. Because of the young man's information, I was not able to complete my project and had to return everything at a substantial loss because; some of it was used trying to install and of course missing because it was never there, just paid for. I will definitely go to Ace next time.

Had the worst experience going in to pick up an online order. The card that was used was never charged correctly and they COULD NOT figure out how to allow me to pay. I spent almost two hours in the store because they charged me twice!! I still could not take my purchase because it was not in their system. Do not shop here.
