I have been shopping at home depot for years and they never cease to amaze me with their outstanding customer service and support.

The Home Depot store on Morrison Rd. in Brownsville, Texas is second to none.

Letty went above and beyond for us . We purchased a storage room , she was very patient , helpful and provided many tips to better our experience for our purchase.

Found heat lamp and bub for at good price.

I purchased a washer and dryer and microwave range. The employee that assisted us was excellent. Although it was not his Department, he assisted us to the fullest. He was very knowledgeable about the appliances we were purchasing. We also received our discount for our merchandise.

I hope Home Depot would hire more people like Sara and Wicho in PRO DESK that are always on top of things and help me on any problem and issue I have they both have great personalities and super customer service , til now I haven't run into a problem they can't resolve , I recommend if anyone has any problem in pro desk they will definitely resolve it ASAP !!!

The worker in garden area was terrible no customer service skills at all and I asked to speak to a manager he refused to call him he said the manager would say what he Is saying what a terrible experience don't know why they work there just the money I guess but we are the ones that bring in the money and we get treated like this if it was by commission they would not treat us like this

Only one to help me, electrictronic guy never whent

Came in to look for shower liner, one associate had no clue another one said she will bring someone no one showed up. Third a guy name marce pointed with his finger to what aisle, instead of taking me to product. I told him can you cut it he said no. That he wasn't certified to cut shower liner. I was like you don't need certification to cut it with a ox cutter and write the item number. He said only the plumbing associate can do it. Very mad service from marce associate. Is that what customer experience is? Is this the kind of employee who can make this store better? If your answer no the definetly he needs to be coached for this not to happen again.
