helpful with color and type of product to use

Went looking for a new refrigerator, and after visiting other stores we found exactly what we wanted at Home Depot, and topped it off with great service.

I'm 89 y/o and a little slow on my feet. Elyse made me feel comfortable and happy to be shopping at Home Depot.

The market street store staff is much more friendly and inviting than the jacks valley location.

Sandy, front cashier, was very helpful and efficient in helping me with my purchase. Home Depot should be proud to have her as an employee.

Plants are in very good shape and cannot wait to plant them. Also watch out for the lady in the garden area with gray hair and visor. She will get you wet when she is watering the plants !

Emily was absolutely rude by rolling her eyes at my husband and I. I was not a happy camper, I did tell management about Emily and how she treated us at the customer service station. We bought over $ 1500 worth of garage organizers as well as tool organizers. And to be treated like that, I am appalled. I didn’t say anything to her at all, I was so mad inside. This is why I told management.

The staff is on the ball and friendly. I go here all the time. They consistently come through.

When it comes to Flooring it's a pretty complicated subject for the inexperienced; that would be me. I got superior service from a seasoned pro who knew her business top to bottom. Great experience!

We are are adding on a good size area on our house and we go to HD a lot. We have had great experience at the North HD every time we go in

Staff members go above and beyond every time

I got a message from City Works about a probable leak in our plumbing. The City estimates 31,000 gallons was used. I figured it at 8900 gallons because that is the footprint of my home. I needed a sump pump and home Depot had one that fit my use and cost range. Wayne pumps work very well. The City said there is a lot of similar problems right now.

Recently visited the N Carson City store because the HD app said they had in stock the items I was seeking. I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the store, its inventory and the pleasant folks working there. Bought everything I needed and had great help from kind folks throughout the visit. Told my spouse, "That's the nicest HD I've ever been in!"

I have been doing Kid's Clinics (and the competitor's version) since my nearly 30 yo niece was a toddler. The set up at this H.D. is awesome from pallets of (mdf?) wood sheets so we have a hard "table" to pound on (versus the old days of tables that gave or sitting on the concrete floor) to the overturned buckets to use as seats to having a wide variety of paints, to the sturdy plate ( or box) to take not quite dry project home in the car to the snacks for the littles to the employees when we check out (or just past through check out, if we didn't also shop that day) always wanting to check out and compliment the kid's project.

Bill in garden spent alot of time showing me where everything was that I was looking for. Nice guy Got to the cashier as I will not do self checkout. Kenneth was very nice and did a quick,great job! I also bought appliances a month ago and Karen was the best! This Home depot in Carson is the best experience I have had over 30 years! I never write reviews,yet this is a very exceptional store with customer service!

Miss STACY helped me tremendously wit 2 little ole machine bolts I needed to attach 2 address numbers to a large rock. This gal helped measure the sample I had, showed me how to removed the head, and suggested glue to attach it to the rock after drilling the hole and tapping it in. Help like that isn't easy to find but this gal is a GEM!

Josh at the North Carson City store helped us get our military discount and made our visit genuinely a positive one. The price was different than we thought it would be but he did his best to rectify the situation.
