This Home depot is good always has everything I need. Customer service is the best at this location.

Great stock and nice helpful staff, hate their home installation but that's not the stores fault.

I found everything I needed and the customer service was very good, especially Marlene in the Appliance Dept., she is very polite and very informant of the products in her Dept. The store itself is easy to find what you need and clean of clutter. Everyone is helpful to direct you where you need to find your items.

The associates in this store are friendly and very helpful. Tony in lumber, Jim, formerly in Doors & Windows, Jossie in Doors and Windows, Jaymi, the head cashier, Manuel at the Pro Desk are all awesome associates and should be given kudos for their outstanding customer service.

I love shopping at this store, great customer service, I was greeted right when I walked in I was very satisfied with my experience

This store has some awesome employees. They include Kimberly, the new assistant manager, Tony in Millworks, who always greets us when we come into the store, Jossie in Windows and Doors who has helped us on many projects, Manuel at the Pro Desk who always greets us by name, and Jaimy, who runs the registers, who always goes the extra mile. We also like to give thumbs high to the new guy in Doors and Windows whose name I can't remember for the life of me :)

cashier brain did a great job. great customer service, the home depot is do great keep up the hard work all of you. you all are do a great job. don't forget it you all are team and you make the dream work.

This location's Employees are much more helpful and kind. This is store is much more organized compared to others in Fresno. We bought our appliances here and received help from Marlene, and she was very kind and patient when working with us.

The store was clean, assistance was easy to get, and found what I wanted fairly quickly, AND the price was better than the competition! Love it. And everyone was friendly.

Did not find product I was looking for. No employees present for assistance. Employees were unprofessional in relation to Customers being present. Spoke rudely to each other and had no regard for us Customers and our shopping needs. Deliberately walked away from more than 3 Customers in line to go on break and/or help in another Dept. Did not call for help!!! Forced some to walk clear across store to checkout. Unacceptable!!!

Crews on the cabinets & vanities area very professional and proficient on their work assignment. Though, they're very busy, still managed to for us not to wait that long to remove big boxes on the top shelf, helped to bring boxes to counter, etc. The cashier (Alicia) was very accommodating & friendly.

When you need assistance in paint dept..someone is there to offer help. Patrick today made my day..he got the paint can off top shelf..with a smile..he was genuine in his manners..5 STARS keep up the good work and good attitude!

I am beginning to love my visits at the Abby Home Depot. More and more employees actually care and seem to love their jobs. Still a few that need a little work in customer service, but don’t let that detour you elsewhere, as you will find many will make your day!

The Riverpark Home Depot has a new sheriff in town! That is—a new manager who cares about his employees and more so, cares about the employees caring for the customers. Love the new atttitude!

For the 1st time in months, I found a turn around in the Associates attitude in helping a customer. It was refreshing. Then I found that there is a new store Manager, named Curtis. Someone who is all about customer service, store cleanliness, etc. My husband and I are encouraged and will be back!

I went to buy a faucet for my kitchen sink and was helped by theIr supervisor in plumping, Patrick. He went out of his way, on a very busy day, to help me with all of my questions and concerns. This is by far the most pleasant shopping experience I’ve had shopping for home improvement goods. If you’re reading this Patrick, thank you for patiently helping me today. I know little about home improvement yet left there feeling like a pro about kitchen faucets! You’re awesome!!

I’m very happy every time I shop there, their staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful, besides I always find what I go there for.! Just another happy customer.

We received the best customer service from Maria Rios. I called looking for an air purifier after evacuating from wildfires near the coast. My boyfriend has asthma and it was very important for us to get a high-quality air purifier. Maria stayed on the phone with us for 10 minutes while she looked at all the options. She even climbed a ladder to see what one was at the top of the shelf and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.

I’m disappointed that the employee would not price match the lower price of their online website.

At this time, during the Covid 19 pandemic, I would not recommend shopping in this store if you are aware of the severe effects of the virus. I would recommend the Home Depot on west Shaw.

The staff at this Home Depot was very friendly and helpful Anabele with Appliances was especially helpful going above and beyond to call different stores to find what I needed and she did she answered all my questions and was very Informative along with her other coworker in the same department the staff here at the store is very friendly and willing to help with whatever your needs are I would definitely return to the store
