Make sure you keep every receipt or they only give you back the lowest price regardless of what you paid

There are no live cashiers by the main entrance only by the contractor's entrance. If you plan on making a large purchase then give yourself more time to checkout.

The usual HD. The staff are more helpful than most. Fair warning, it is on a heavily travelled commuter road. Try and avoid 4 to 5:30 on Fridays.

I would always buy from Home Depot. This store doesn't seem to have proper management. There are staff all congregating and chatting and are not assisting the customers. I have made several online purchases, I would be sent an email stating that my orders are ready. On reaching to collect it sometimes a day or two after only to find out they had not picked the items. I once spent an entire hour waiting only to be told to come again in the evening.

The employees in the Paint Dept. were not helpful. Especially Doug. I was planning on dropping some money on paint there, but this dude Doug had a chip on his shoulder and acted like he was annoyed I was asking him questions. Yet he was more than happy to help the two blonde chick's behind me. Aren't you the paint expert, Doug?! And isn't it your job to help me? This place needs serious help. I'm choosing another retailer for my painting needs. Besides this place struck me as more a contractor or repairman store, not a consumer-friendly home improvement store.

The staff and cashiers are pretty nice. Most of the floor staff will walk you over to where you need to be. Some are good at making alternative suggestions when needed.

Had an issue with a delivery and I was expected to handle it. The appliance was left on my front lawn and when calling the store to get it picked up I spent the better part of two days trying to resolve the issue. Management was not helpful and when they said they would call me, they didn't.

Store clean and orderly. Needed several team members to figure out what I needed, but they walked me to each place until I was set.

Although the item I was looking for were in stock, none were available at the assigned location. The store associates ere very helpful in finding the item, it did take some time and when they located the item, they only brought the one that I wanted and didn't replenish the allocated space.

The store is always clean and safe and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

North Greenbush HomeDepot is my favorite home improvement store to shop - I have always found the employees to be exemplary in customer Service .

HOME DEPOT DOES NOT TREAT ALL VETERANS THE SAME , WHY ? THEY WILL GIVE VETERANS DISCOUNTS ONLY TO SERVICE CONNECTED VETERANS, THESE ARE VETERANS THAT ARE GETTING MONEY FROM THE VA FOR A SERVICE CONNECTED ISSUE, IF YOU DON'T HAVE SERVICE CONNECTED ON YOUR CARD, HOME DEPOT DOES NOT CONCIDER YOU A VETERAN AND CANNOT RECIEVE A VETERANS DISCOUNT, UNFAIR TO MANY VETERANS THAT HAVE FOUGHT THE SAME WARS AND BATTLES

This is the best store by far with very helpful employees that always guide you in the right direction for whatever you go in there for. 100 percent every time.

the employees go out of their way, literally, to avoid helping customers. the worst customer service. like, world class bad. ask them a question and they are hostile; the reaction is pretty much "why are you bothering me"? horrible, terrible. yes, the service is terrible, but I fault management for not impressing upon the employees that the customers are actually kind of important

The store employees were helpful and thorough in their discussion of products. I left the store having gained a good amount of knowledge after asking the questions I had about my project.

Steve green is very competent and helpful. He assisted us in selecting a patio door by providing us with all the facts.

This Home Depot always has everything I need for my home repairs or upgrades. The people are friendly and are looking for ways to help anytime I'm in the store. You're always greeted by an employee right when you walk in to make sure you know where to go if you have a question. Love this store.

Good store and helpful employees. Really poor quality products.

All staff I interacted with, and there were 4-5, each went out of their way to assist me in finding what I needed. The item wasn't available at this Home Depot at this time, but they directed me to the nearest competitor who was able to assist me so I could complete my task and get back home where a gathering was happening in honor of a dear friend who recently passed, thank you.

Friendly workers and people too!

The associates were well informed and helpful. Against current Home Depot policy the associate accepted my proof of service and gave me the veteran's discount I have been receiving since shortly after 9/11. I hope she does not suffer for her kindness and appreciation of veterans; even though they are no longer active, not retired military or disabled due to combat inflicted injuries, Some of us were lucky, we served fought and got out in tact. Guess that is no longer good enough for Home Depot.

Advertised items were all in stock, the store was neatly arranged, the service was exceptional! The store is very clean, and finding products you go in for is quite easy.
