Always impressed with the knowledge of their sales associates. I use them to meet all my landscaping needs, hardware needs and home repair needs. Very pleased with their service, products and Behr paint.

You can always count on helpful, nice employees at this store. They also have product knowledge and some on the retirees have professional experience as well. This store is well organized, clutter-free, has great clearance prices and very clean restrooms. Rarely do they have long checkout lines. The employees are extremely helpful have positive attitudes, friendly and ready to assist you with your shopping needs. This is the BEST Home Depot in KC!

This is my store that I have been going to for a decade for my Noble Roofing and General Contracting llc company. It is always a pleasure!

Friendly staff and a clean inviting atmosphere. Easy parking and easy checkout. Comparing products and price point is a breeze. They have a great holiday section and so much that I would love to own.

Cooper helped me find special power tools in stock and offered to help me load my truck after checkout. He went out of his way to help me. I’ll return in the future for more home improvement materials and tools.

I went into the store the other day, specifically wanting to look at the electric lawnmowers. I found a man named Gary who said he would be happy to help me. He was knowledgeable too about the different lawnmowers. I ended up getting--not the cheapest electric lawnmower, but he pointed out that the one I picked out had power drive.

I was greeted by Cara and Juana at the pro desk. Cara called Jason to help with a key. Jason then searched multiple areas to find a mogul lightbulb adapter to replace the mogul light bulb that I needed to replace. Employees were friendly throughout the store.

I am an interior painter/painter, I was staining woodwork outside, Kim helped me fix the color I bought to match better to what I was trying to do! Very knowledgeable and helpful!

This is the cleanest home improvement store in the area and the staff all know where everything is off the top of their heads which is really impressive.

People at this store are generally nice. Easy to ask for help. If they can't help you they will find someone who can.

The store here has gotten worse with finding help when you need it and the cashiers are rude and seem like they do not want to be there. Getting very frustrated with this Home Depot it is going down hill with there hired help.

Sam in rentals was SO nice and friendly and Caleb helped me check out and pointed me in the direction of writing this review! This was the best Home Depot experience I’ve ever had!

I bought a few Milwaukee items and they couldn't find one of them in stock. The staff combed the store multiple times before coming up with alternative solutions at the same price! The whole crew down in the lumber area, cashiers, loaders - all great and very helpful.

I needed help with something pertaining to a french door. No one in the window and door area. A young man said the window associate came in at 9. It was close to 10. did try and help me as best he could but got me to customer service. Caleb in customer service was alone and very busy. He found what I needed and ordered on line for me.Very few masked customers.

I have been coming to this location for more than 10 years now ever since I first moved here. Since the very first day I have gotten nothing but exceptional impeccable customer service. Juana and Eddie in lumber are why I will go out of my way to only shop this location. In my opinion they are the best two employees in the store though all of the other ones are wonderful as well. Never anything but a smile and friendliness and gratitude.
