We love this friendly Home Depot in Lilburn! We find what we need either in store or online for our home and garden. The customer service is excellent! Thank you also for donations to Arcado Elementary School for the Outdoor classroom and the memory garden.

I really had a fun day shopping at the Lilburn Home Depot. I was greeted when I came in to the garden area. The cashier, Floor staff was excellent. They really help me find everything I needed and made a quick and easy for me to get in and out of the store. Thank you ladies.

I just wanted to say I checked out in garden section, and my cashier, Ariel, was so kind and offered to hold my dog's leash while I looked for my wallet. Little things like these make such a difference, and I am very appreciative. The other staff was very helpful also. I always have a great experience at this Home Depot.

I bought some materials from Home Depot last week their employees are really nice and the prices were so low then the other store I love to visit again soon.

Mia was awesome… I rolled up into the garden center and she was tidying up but still took the time to say hello. And she was just as courteous and friendly when checking out.

I always find plants I can't do without! Spend way too much money, but it's my main form of entertainment. I would like to commend Cheese (yes, that's her name) She's so helpful and interested in what I buy. She is very knowledgeable. Always helpful and friendly

When I ask a worker in the parking lot where I can find a certain item and he stops what he's doing and leads me in the store to that item, that's going beyond the call of duty.

Rose at Pro and Craig at front went beyond expected service. Made sure I had wood cut. Ensure I receive 24 month interest free after it expired as promotion time. Riding lawn mower. Assisted with choosing my storm door and getting correct side handed. Plus assisted in delivery process

All of the employees were accommodating and went above and beyond to try and help and make my experience enjoyable and trouble free . Every time they asked if I needed help I would say no thanks, but then I would frantically sign language to them, but they still let The crazy lady take me home. She beat me when we got out to the car; She beat me real good ;-)

The cashier and sales associate took time to show me how to assemble certain parts of a sprayer. It was evident that I knew little about sprayers; therefore, they took time to educate me.

Rioby blower - great product. Employees Mike and Rocky made this a very good shopping experience. Mike very knowledgeable and a great help. Many thanks for his suggestions and efforts. Rocky very friendly and pleasant up front employee.

I purchased a Dewalt portable Generator and is awesome

One of the store managers Josh F. is the reason I only shop at this Home Depot now. Every time I see him he is helping customers or teaching one of the associates. Hire more managers like this young man and every store will become as good as this one.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Home Depot while supporting our nonprofit organization's initiative to provide children's school supplies. Freweini, Franklin, Gary, and Frankly provided exceptional customer service, helping us get closer to our goal. Their dedication truly stands out, making Home Depot a valuable partner in our mission.

Online inventory was not accurate, but I was forced to go to the store for a refund because I used a gift card. Then, they would not give me a gift card as a refund. I was given an in-store credit not permitting online purchase.

Employees don't want to help you. Hardware depmt was a complete mess, cant find a simple bolt! Avoid this store!

Visited my favorite Home Depot store today, and headed to the ProDesk for assistance with a large $ purchase. Susan at the ProDesk, was extremely helpful. She took time to answer all my questions, reviewed the order with me before finalizing it, then reviewed the next step process with me. I visit the store often and each and every time, the associates are always very helpful and friendly.

Mrs Shaniece at home depot Lilburn Ga laughed when I told her the machine stopped working, that was the reason for my return! Very disappointed and honestly she made me feel bad. Don't know why they don't trained their employees to be professional and respectful like years ago.
