I don't know if it was evident on my expression or if the employee Jian is just very sensitive to stressful auras lol - but I was in a dreadful hurry when I entered the store, and instead of simply directing me to the aisle number(s) I needed, Jian personally escorted me to each individual item - this saved so much time and made my shopping trip the least stressful as possible, I am so grateful this kind of customer service still exists!!!

Went to this store for the first time and the store was well stocked and the employees were very helpful and pleasant

Needed garden fencing and they had the perfect size and quantity that I needed. Price was good and Blanca in the garden section was extremely nice and helpful 😀

I recently picked up a special order window from the Home Depot Mill Department. Tessa "Mickey Mouse" and Chris totally nailed it with the customer service I received from them. They quickly got my window, checked me out and even loaded it for me. Thanks Tessa and Chris!

Went in for two things left with a bunch! Always sales and needed blinds for windows got help (without asking) they trimmed to size needed and they look great!!!

Had issues with paint color mixing. Took three trips to get it right but Rosie and Staff went above and beyond. An experience I have never had at a big box store or even a smaller one. Tired of hearing about all the businesses that have used COVID as an excuse for poor customer service for the past few years. Did not experience that but the opposite. Clearly someone is doing something right with hiring there.

Last Sunday, I went to Home Depot to buy supplies for a home renovation project. David, a sales representative, provided me with excellent customer service. He addressed all my concerns, explained the delivery policy, and even shared future buying opportunities. David didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Thanks to his help, I found everything I needed and had a great buying experience.

I had to replace a shop lamp in my garage and I upgraded to another one that was just as good or better for a cheaper price very happy with it

clean and organized, some tight isles due to displays, but a very friendly staff

Windows bought and paid for have not been completely installed. Five times the window was measured and five times had to be sent back to the manufacturer. Extended times between visits have made the wait excruciating. For years our windows have had stickers on them that cannot be removed until the job is done. Tired of waiting!!!

An employee in the garden department directed me right to what I needed. The checkout employee Timothy was courteous and helpful.

They always have what I need, and the sweet lady at the garden checkout is always upbeat.

I cannot believe this store does not allow its employees to express themselves with piercings and other fun accessories. I saw Kay, garden cashier, and she was very polite. I asked why she had a mask on and she told me it’s because she has piercings. This is disgusting and discriminatory. Your employees should be free and able to look how they want without management being so disgusting. It’s 2023, grow up.

We purchased our home no too long ago and we only shop at Home Depot for our renovation supplies because of it's location and wide range of product diversity. Plus every one is eager to please my wife and I.

Easy access to Garden shop. Easy returns. Informative and efficient cashier.

Once again, "MY" Home Depot saved me money and did it with a smile. Kudo's to them.

The staff is always so helpful.

I was in a hurry so I could get to work on time. On my way up to the register I noticed a few people in line. It impressed me that there was a lady redirecting customers for the self check out or to another register. I really appreciated her moving things along. Especially since I was in a hurry, which she didn't know.

The workers in this place aren't nice. 75% of them are literally rude when you ask them to do their job. Lame

I frequent this store for a reason. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Kudo's to the staff and management!!!
