I shop regularly at Hope Depot and their competitors. The difference in prices and selection is modest but at Home Depot the associates are much more available for help and always willing to do so and their discount for veterans is better.

I had the gruesome task of trying to purchase a refrigerator in these trying times of COVID19. After trips to no less than 7 stores, I returned to this NMB location and had the pleasure of being helped by Joe. Prior to this connection, my experiences with the competitors were a time of frustration and annoyance for simply trying to obtain stock and shipping information. Being told "OUT OF STOCK" is not sufficient answer, and when asked for availability, was told "NO IDEA" which left me frustrated, as I'm now aware of the repercussions from the virus. My point is Joe took the time to respond, search, clarify, and give answers. He took the time to listen, and satisfy my needs. I purchased a product with the understanding it may take awhile. He explained the options, pros and cons, of purchasing an extended warranty, and helped me make the right choice for me. Additionally, he assisted me in reopening my Home Depot charge to give me payment flexibility and an instant $100 credit off my bill. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and service Joe provided. How refreshing to experience interactive customer service.

HD is always the place I go to for home projects. Great products and prices. In past year have bought washer and dryer from HD. Associate Aida at register informed me of HD credit card which saved me $25 on garbage disposal purchase!

I called to see if they had Scott's Drop spreader and they did. The employee asked if I would like it at front door Will Call area ready for pickup. Gave them my card info and all I had to do was pick it up at front door area. Then I was doing more shopping and was in the store and needed to know where the item was and asked another shopper in the store if they knew where I could find it and he took me right to what I needed and told me the difference in the different products and asked me what was I planning on using it for and then handed me the product I needed. Turns out he was an off duty Home Depot employee. Wow!! Great customer service. Shopping at The Home Depot is the easiest place to shop for what you need.

Had a great experience purchasing a Weber grill. Excellent customer service from Asst. Manager Tim, Alissa, Avery, and Lisa#3 at customer service, and Vinny who helped me pick out my grill.

This is the nicest Home Depot I have been in since I left Atlanta 25 years ago. Friendly clerks. They actually were available and asked it they could help me. You must go there to check out with Aida. She is super nice and quick and actually likes she is happy to be at work. My husband had the same experience and he went several days before me. He talked about the nice check out person, but hadn't told me her name. We both had an outstanding experience. She should be in charge of customer service or receive a special award. It is rare to find a sales person like her anymore.

This store is always helpful! I am always going for multiple home improvement ideas and the employees always help talk me through all the steps of my projects and help me figure out all the items i need for my projects! I am very happy with my local store!

Usually very satisfied with my shopping experiences at Home Depot. This trip they were out of stock for what i went for. just a storm door closer.

During this pandemic situation, I’ve been trying to keep myself busy. I decided that I was going to do a project that needed a 4 x 8 sheet of Louan cut into 15 x 22 pieces as many as I could get out of the board. Jordan in the lumber department could not have been more accommodating and helpful, not sure if this is in their job description to do this but Jordan did it and was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. He made my shopping experience awesome.

We have begun constructing a pond in our back yard. The manager Frank is extremely knowledgeable and went through the different products to help make our pond a success. Very pleased.

I prefer to go to this Home Depot over the one in Shallotte Staff is friendly and helpful and professional Store is consistently clean and organized I live closer to shallotte and will go out of my way and sit in summer traffic to go to Myrtle Beach Home Depot !

An exceptional store with it's neatness and cleanliness. Everything is organized and very easy to find. The most important thing is how friendly and professional all the employees are. Also there expert knowledge has helped me solve problems in my projects many times. All around an awesome store.

From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed. As soon as we got to the section we were interested in Jeff popped up and was full of knowledge and very friendly. Had recent surgery so he had our larger items placed on a cart and sat at front of the store so that we could finish shopping and arranged to have someone help load as Well! Top notch experience!! Even saw one of the managers assisting someone losing a vehicle as we departed!! Excellent!!!!
