I came to the store to quickly get items for building shelves in my new place. After struggling to find what I needed on my own, a manager named Shannon offered amazing guidance. She went from showing me where store resources were to embracing my home projects and helping above and beyond standard employee support. By the end of my visit, what would have been a simple purchase for 4 shelving brackets turned into an all-I-needed trip to get the goods needed to build my son's birthday dream! I can't thank Shannon enough for her incredible efforts, and as promised I will share the finished projects which will have me returning to Home Depot for future hardware needs!

Long story short the self-checkout associate will follow you to your car if you need to get your wallet to pay for the items you left inside the store because Home Depot does not accept mobile payments.

Shekena she was in the aisle near the cashiers station greeted us with a smile and her personality and enthusiasm was contagious. She checked us out and then asked us if we wanted a Home Depot card to get a maximum discount off this product. She even called her manager to see if there was any other discounts associated with this purchase her manager was very helpful as well.

We had a wonderful experience today while visiting this Home Depot. My partner and I are doing some remodeling on our house, so we needed to pick up some supplies, but also wanted to get in some socialization and training for our puppy. Each employee was so friendly and helped us when interacting with our dog. Anytime we needed assistance or wanted more information on a product, an associate was always right around the corner or in the aisles to help us. Check out was quick and easy, the aisles were clean and well put together, and we found everything we needed in a timely manner. We will definitely be returning to this store in the future when we need more supplies!

Pricing for a bath remodel for my elderly sister so I could keep in budget with purchases at Home Depot. The sales person, Joe at customer service, helped me locate products to order on line, Nonslip penny tile for the shower. Helped me load my other purchases. I have not experienced that type of help anywhere. I am a devoted Home Depot customer forever.

I always feel this store has wonderful help and great quality. During the summer I greatly enjoy the garden section and I have had great luck for the most part with people helping me in the pain department. Many times I go in by myself, and I may have a question about Different hardware products and they’re always have been people to help me for the most part There is a large hardware store that has been built across the street that is a primary competitor and I have been there, but it is very frustrating as the help in that particular hardware store does not come close to the service you find in Home Depot.

I recently bought some Firex/Kidde smoke detectors, and adapters to replace my old existing detectors. I was able to install them using the old existing wiring, and they have been working perfectly. No more chirping!!

I went in to buy a replacement low voltage fixture for my deck. Your sales staff helped me narrow down the replacement.

I can usually find what I'm looking for by myself, but if I need help there's always a store employee to help me find what I need.

After several years, the Home Depot vinyl window home guarantee was still good. The plastic hardware inside the windows simply gave away and I needed a repair. Steve Edwards the Area Installation Specialist was the best he did an excellent job. Thanks again.

I went into purchase a drill. Stephen H was very helpful and could tell by my face that I probably needed some help. He went up to me and I asked how he could help. I told him along with my budget and we found the perfect drill. Oh, he was knowledgeable on multiple product lines and patient with my questions.

I had an issue with an online order which the online customer service didn’t want to resolve and were even rude about it. I went to the store and the experience was totally different. Customer service was excellent. I had the pleasure to be seen by Cheyanne and she was amazing. She patiently looked into the issue, kept me well informed of what was going on and got a solution for me. She went the extra mile. I was very satisfied and happy with her and the service she provided to me. Cheyanne thank you so much!

Joyce (sale cashier) was very helpful negotiating a gift card that did not want to process when I tried it by myself. She saved me from experiencing some unwanted frustration. Thanks Joyce!

If there is anyone to meet in your lifetime it would be her! I don’t normally write reviews but she is a knowledgeable young woman who is excellent at her job. She was training an older gentleman and was patient with him while also providing great service and conversation with me. I hope she sticks around because I will be back to see her again!

Massive store, lots of items that you would hardly find at other stores. Kudos for Chayenne from Pickup station, she is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service.

I needed a product that a third-party publication identified as available at HD. The salesperson helped me look for it and then found a very similar product through the store's internal site, directing me to it. I very much appreciated his initiative and product knowledge.

No one answered the Cust needs assistance page to help me so I had to pull down the lawnmower carton and scoot it down the aisle towards the front until Evelyn ( store employee) came up to me and helped me check out and also load up my car. That’s horrible ignoring your customers; especially if you want them to come back again. Evelyn gets a gold star!
