I live here in New Braunfels. I have a small business. I do a lot of shopping at the Home Depot. I’m there practically every day during the week they always nice and always helpful. Love the staff and the great positive attitude.

I have used this HD almost exclusively since moving to New Braunfels. I know where items are and I am always greeted by friendly staff.

The employees are always very helpful and friendly. The garden center is beautiful and well tended.

I stopped by your store today to visit about an appliance the manufacturer gave me an in store credit on and to by a few pieces of hardware. Upon checkout I was greeted by David who was hands down one of the best Home Depot ambassadors I have ever met. He is awesome and should be a model for other employees.

As I was checking out I was having problems with my payment and Sonia assisted me and made my experience go from frustrated to great.

This employee group is the best that I have ever had the pleasure of shopping with. They truly like this store location and all seem to really work together. Everybody is friendly and helpful. No matter how busy the store is, the associates make a solid effort to assist customers find what they need and offer any suggestions to make their projects/jobs go smooth.

I liked how professional were the Hispanic associate in hardware department and the Latin lady who took take care of me on self check out. Unfortunately didn’t get her name because it was busy and she was fast taking care 3 people at same time even with a machine down.

I've always been assisted by the personal at the plumbing department. They have been real helpful in answering my questions. The cashier on this day was on his toes letting me know how I could save money if I bought a couple of more bags of salt bags for my water softener. Thank you so much.

This is the first place where employees offered to help. This type of service is becoming rare in today's world.

My husband sent me to the New Braunfels store to purchase more flooring that he needed. And he needed paint matched from some samples. The man in the paint department was cheery and helpful. Then to the flooring section. A lady helped me find the flooring that I needed with very little info my husband gave me. Got to the checkout and the cashier tried to get me help in loading. The yound man was very busy so I thought I could do it myself. When I got to my truck to load an employee from the garden center came running over to help me. What a great experience I had . I was really dreading going to Home Depot for my husband.

Order Entered was fouled up several times and had to be canceled three times. Different taxes were applied for the same county. I was charged for the product and a restocking fee of $750 even though it never left the shelves and I was called to say they did not have the product in the store. So frustrating and understand why people shop elsewhere.

This store is always stocked with everything a handyman needs. Every time I come here, at least twice a day four or five times a week, they always greet me and ask if there is anything I need help with. Not to mention the store is always clean even the bathrooms. Always stocked.

The selection of refrigerators was excellent. I was able to narrow down to a refrigerator that met all my needs & was pleased with my purchase.

The employees flat out must hate their jobs or their bosses (and they will tell you so to your face, no qualms), they are rude and could care less if they actually do what they are paid for. Once when I had a particularly awful encounter I asked for the manager.... NOW I know why the employees are so rude. This guys was the absolute worst at any kind of customer service I've ever come across. I do not like leaving bad reviews and rarely leave a review at all, but will thank employees who do such a great job. No one in this HD has been above the rest except the manager at the kitchen cabinets - Lillian?? She should be store manager!!

Just bought dishwasher today. Expecting delivery soon.
