I will say customer service used to be terrible at Home Depot. The past few times I’ve gone an employee named Jim H has been very helpful. He helped me find what I was looking for. When it wasn’t in stock showed me an alternative to buy. Customer service has gotten so much better at HD.

I was in a hurry and ask at the first employee that I see, and he gave the right direction.

Jim in the gardening center has a wealth of knowledge about Vegetable Gardening. He is really helpful and can answer a lot of questions and provide tips. He should give a class there in spring and late summer for gardeners. It would be an educational and valuable experience for veggie gardeners.

I have always had a good experience at this store, because the employees are great. I and a beginner DIY-er, and sometimes need help choosing between alternatives sometimes, and I need to confirm that what I think I can do with the tool can actually be done.

The New Milford, cT Home Depot is a shining example of a well-run, superbly staffed retail store. In the 18-19 years I have been going here I have never had to wait long for assistance and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Hands-down the best Home Depot store around - i’ve never been disappointed in the store employees are courteous no matter how many times I may have run into them over the years they continue to ask is there something I can help you with!

This HD has excellent customer service, and staff with a helpful attitude throughout the store. You will be glad you came to this store to make your purchase, as they make the process easy and pleasant.

This particular store has ample staff and is very clean and well organized. I also can't compliment the helpfulness, knowledge, and expertise of Steve enough! I went in several different times and Steve was always available, and even explained the differences between items to help me decide on the right type of plywood, screws, and glue for my project. The patience and extensive knowledge he imparted on me has made this once-daunting DIY project so much more manageable. This HD is now my forever go-to because of Steve!

I like this store. The people are friendly, and really want to help. They have a mix of ages, genders, nationalities, and experience, open early and close late darn near every day of the year.

The employees at this store are extremely nice and helpful, it's almost as if it was unreal, thank you for your hard work and for making my experience better.

Well made, perfect for my needs.

We bought a refrigerator 18 months ago which needed a new motor. Motor is out of stock and cannot be gotten. HD dealt directly with manufacturer to help us secure a cash refund, and then helped us purchase a new one (another brand, of course). HD went above and beyond for us!!!

Joe L and Erin in the paint department were so friendly and helpful and Joe actually made the trip to Home Depot fun!!!

The store employees at this store are actually trained to be friendly and helpful. It is a true pleasure to shop here.

Ever since manager James Cornish was relocated this store in New Milford has really gone downhill. I am not satisfied with the customer service on my last 2 purchases.

If you are looking for appliances, definitely go see Jenn at the NM store. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. No rushing you, goes over all the little details - so there's no surprises. Makes sure you are getting the best discounts that are offered at the time, and that you are satisfied with your purchase before you leave. Thanks Jenn

I have spent over 100,000 dollars so far this year and will continue to buy all my materials at this Hone Depot, 100 percent the reason I will continue is because of Bob, Netta, Cathy and Val, their attention to customer service is better than any other place I have dealt with, it’s actually a joy to come into the store, most places you go to it’s like pulling teeth to get help,just the opposite here

I was in the New Milford Home Depot yesterday and asked customer service (there was no line) where something was. I was told the correct aisle, found my material, went to self-check out (there was no line) and the entire process took about 15 minutes. That's very important to me because I HATE wasting time. Thanks for an uneventful shopping trip.
