Friendly and helpful staff❤️

Much to my surprise my visit to The Home Depot in Central City was amazing! Everything that I went to purchase was readily available and the service I received was impeccable! I had to purchase a small freezer , I walked into the Appliance Dept. and was greeted by Henry who proceeded to ask if I needed any help, and sure enough I did. Henry was able to answer all of my questions. Not only was he able to do that, Henry helped me to the checkout and proceeded to help me to my vehicle. These days in New Orleans, customer service is almost non-existent. While I was walking around the store prior to meeting Henry, other employees were greeting me as well. I was wondering if I was on Candid Camera or such. Great Job and congratulations to the team at this Home Depot!

I love coming to your store because I look forward to seeing LaTashala! The other ladies are ok, but this lady is always pleasant and she has the best attitude!! I have yet to catch her on a bad day!! I don’t think she has any bad days!!

The young lady in Customer Service, LaTashala, is AMAZING AND ALWAYS PLEASANT!! I will pass up the other Home Depot’s just to see her!! I frequently come to the store (DIY) for supplies and various products and she’s always the same!!

It is a great place to shop for everything! What I really liked was the attitude of the all the employees, and the customer service. They had smiles on their faces when they assist you. Lovely! Great assistance and found everything I needed with their help.

The store assistant helped me find the right partial sun plants for fall! The storm clerk Dele went out of his way to help me find affordable outdoor solar lighting for my entry staircase! Dele did that on his own and saved my day!!! The cashier put a smile on my face with her festive hat for fall! The art area for to do in store was awesome! Every one was just happy, and it made my day and brought me joy! That means the world to me!

Terrible store employees. Useless when it comes to helping anyone. Clueless on the products they sell. Will never return. Fire the hood rats and hire people who want to better improve our community and help people.

I appreciate the Home Depot customer service and how they assist the customers with our specific needs. I make several purchases monthly with no problem.

Sheriff working duty looking at phone while he leans against his car parked in the fire lane. Long line because half of self checkouts are closed. Ghetto music wafting through the store. 2 associates didn't know where Aisle E1, Bay 001 was. Thankfully the return girl checked me out.

We drove from across the lake to get a rug. Praying that it would be in stock because they sold out online and at all of the local stores. Im grateful that it was there. The cashier Catrina was very helpful and pleasant. She went out her way to assist us.

Nice store to buy all of your hardware or building needs. I was able to find the wall anchors I needed, in the quantity I needed at a reasonable price. I did not need any assistance on this run. One thing I would say is that there are too many displays in the aisles making it difficult to get a cart through, let alone pass another customer with their carts. The associates were friendly throughout the store. But the Sheriff's deputies could at least smile when you say "Hello".

I purchased a gift card and was confused about how to activate it. The store clerk was very friendly and took time to show me how to activate it.

As soon as I step foot into the store I am acknowledged, catered to and helped so I never have to waste time. My men are working at the job sites and we save time by my picking up the supplies at the Depot. The personnel there know I AM IN A HURRY and get me in and out quickly. It is a great help for me to do all of my business at this Depot.

Competent personnel, wide aisles, ample inventory, up to date trends, good looking outdoor products, timely sales, clean. Always acknoweded as soon as I wak in which is 3-4 times a week.
