This store has consistently friendly and helpful staff on the sales floor. Many of them are retired contractors and are thus VERY knowledgeable!

Debbie is AMAZING and was MOST HELPFUL both in the store and also over the phone. She went above and beyond to make sure my order went through and that I received my receipts. Thank you Debbie!

Great customer service, all my questions were answered with great knowledge of what l wanted. I easily found what l was looking for and when l needed assistance everyone l asked for help was amazing at what they do.

This Home depot is a mess staff have no idea where anything is in the store most standing around talking or standing in aisle and they don't know what products are in the aisle they are working in unless it is right in front of them. Waste more time trying to find a product to only find out they don't have in store is online item only

For every home improvement Home Depot is the best. My fiancé and I would not go anywhere else when shopping for either our selves or our staff Home Depot is were to go the staff is very friendly they go above and beyond, stock is always available, best selection of nursery and holiday items.

Sydrell in the paint department is awesome! He posses excellent customer skills, a vast product knowledge, and has a very friendly personality! He was so helpful and kind and I cannot say enough positive things about him!

The shelves were well-stocked and the salesman was both knowledgeable and patient.While purchasing a new light for my front porch and lanterns to post in my lawn, I learned what solar lighting was and now I feel so "bright".

Terrible experience I didnt someone to help me, the cashier did not greet me or give me bags for my items.

Had to return some materials that I over purchased. Merlene at customer service made the whole experience stress free. She was wonderful and even gave me a bottle of water when she saw how hot I was. Thanks so much Merlene you are an ANGEL.

I had a great experience shopping at the New Rochelle Home Depot... I asked for help in the aisle 2 so a staff member called another staff named Mr.Larry (working in that area) through his talkie walky. Mr.Larry is very professional, helpful, skilled in this field, & sociable with a great sense of humor. He helped me to choose what I was looking for.. Thank you so much!!!

Seems that customer assistant runs away from you, very difficult to find assistance..when you’re in the store,, you’re on your own...

Not the worse home depot I've been to; that's the best recommendation I can make of the location. Newark, NJ probably has the worse home depot. At New Rochelle home depot, you'll likely leave feeling you should've gone elsewhere, like a lumber yard.

Lacking in customer service. Visited store and placed down payment on windows treatment. Contract stipulates someone would contact me within 48 hours, but 1 week later still waiting. Today, I spent approximately 49 minutes attempting to contact windows treatment and store manager but was consistantly bounced back to automated phone directory. Spoke to one rep briefly and asked for a manager, but bounced again to crappy automated phone directory. Finally, gave up and simply rated the store on website provided in their receipt with a poor rating explaining the truth behind my experience. Magically, moments later, a manager calls my phone ready to assist. The store manager was very helpful, but why does it take all this drama to receive services we already paid for. The entire process took over 2 hours to resolve on my day off. I should have been paid for those two hours, given the aggravation I had to endure. This review pending outcome of conversation with manager. I am fair, so will update review positively, if outcome improves.

Although better now than in the past, the employees are not well trained or if they are trained should not have been hired. I use several Home Depot stores and this is the worse by far

My go to HD. Staff is always helpful, everything in stock. Easy in and out with new self checkout, Prices are great

Very well stocked, clean and organised store with customer friendly staff. The lady at the Paint Department by name Natoya was exceptionally helpful in getting the perfect match of paint for my exterior painting work.

I love buying things from this store it is always clean, items are easy to find and the customer service is outstanding.

The main thing, THE STAFF IS GREAT any help you need, you get.
