This Home Depot is our "go to" home improvement store. Experienced people who are able to provide assistance is paramount; this store has them.

All associated were very helpful And willing to assist you.

If you ever encounter Zach in the paint department you're going to be well treated and educated on everything you need to know. Great guy to work with and find what you need fast.

This store, in Kemah, Texas, has been a convenient and nicely run establishment for many years, for me. The people are pleasant, parking is adequate and generally it is a well organized business. I hope they keep the personnel they have.

This store did not have the light bulb that I needed, but Alan called the next nearest store and waited on the phone for them to secure the needed bulb and hold it for us at Customer Service. It was a very busy day at the store and he went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed.

Visited store twice this week and both times the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to find what we were looking for and ensured all our questions and needs were met. Absolutely great store. Angela and Aria were particularly helpful in our purchases. Will definitely be back soon.

What a wonderful visit to this Home Depot. Quick going to this store years ago because I could never find anyone to help me. Totally different experience this time and what a wonderful change. The employees were so friendly and willing to help me find several different items. Could not have asked for a better group of employees to assist me. Will definitely be going back again.

Purchased a toilet for install and delivery. I had to call back for delivery time, nobody had called me after four days. I was told October 11 would be a delivery date. Well today is October 11 nobody’s come by, absolutely terrible experience, I will no longer use Home Depot. I will seek a refund!

Friendly staff and easy to locate items.

I already have two jobs. I don’t need to have a third job as a cashier at Home Depot. I’m sick and tired of the only way to buy something is to ring it up myself. If I’m going to help myself, basically working for HD, then I want the employee discount added to my purchase. I want to walk in and grab what I need and have an employee ring up my purchase, take my payment and answer any questions I may have. Pull your head out Home Depot. I’m already starting to purchase very expensive Milwaukee tools online at almost half what you charge. You’re not giving any incentive for me to come into your store much anymore. At some point if I’m going to have to continue to help myself, I’ll just purchase the little items online as well and totally cut you out of the $5,000+ I spend at your store annually.

Shop at this location! The service and merchandise far exceeds that of other Home Depot locations. Staff is professional and reach out to customers to provide support.

The employees in this store were very helpful. A gentleman helped me find an item in the Electrical department and was very knowledgeable about the item I needed. (Unfortunately, I did not get his name.) but am grateful for his assistance.

If you go to this store, look for exceptional help in the Garden Area with Austin and in the Return Desk area with Barbara. They give amazing assistance to all their customers.

Whatever you pay your employees I’m sure won’t bankrupt Home Depot if they have two extra people work a couple of registers. Keep the self serve if you want to for people that are just coming in for batteries or light bulbs. But some of us actually buy lumber and tools that aren’t always able to be self checked. I actually would rather not self check just as would rather not go to Texas Rd. House and grill my own steak. Think. It’s not hard. You want people to give you reviews on customer service? Well wouldn’t you actually have to service people first? Customers checking themselves out are servicing themselves. So the reviews would be about them not Home Depot employees. And that self checkout lane should include the same discount employees get as they are doing the exact same work the employee gets paid for.

Store has improved greatly around customer service, friendliness and product levels.

The Home Depot store has come a long way within the last year or so. It is more organized, cleaner, and customer friendly. In the past when I shopped at Home Depot it seemed dingy, unkempt, and never could find the right product. Now the store has seemed to do a complete 180, as it is now inviting making customers stay longer to look around and shop for other things they may not need but catches their eye to buy anyway because of the cleanliness and presentation of the Home Depot products displayed.
