It was the sunday after the hurricane, staff member could not have been more friendlier. Very professional. Lori and Lisa were so very kind to us.

My wife and I recently purchased a refrigerator at the North Port, FL store. During this transaction we were assisted by BILL in the Appliance Department who expertly guided us through the maze of refrigerators. After our purchase LORI in Customer Service closed the sale with a cheerful smile and a great attitude!

I am a veteran who frequents Home depot regularly and uses the veterans' discount program. While checking out today, the cashier told me that to receive future discounts, I must download the Home Depot app, register, and receive a barcode which I can then show at future check-outs. While I understand why corporate HQ is directing this change, I am concerned for my fellow veterans, especially our older veterans who may not be tech savvy or even have their own cell phones. Even if they do, sometimes the WiFi network in store is unreliable and they may be unable to display their bar code at the point of sale. Instead of making the shopping experience easier for our older verterans, it's adding a level of complexity that is unnecessary from my perspective. As long as a veteran can show an ID card, VA card, or DD 214, that should be sufficient to receive the discount. I would ask corporate HQ to please reconsider this policy change.

Best store i use for building materials

We were in on Sunday to grab a few items for a project and we normally used self check out but today the cashier was waiting at the end of her cash register and asked if she could check us out. She was friendly and kind. Her name was Loretta. She chatted with us the whole time and on our way out thanked us for making HER smile today!!! She seemed to love her job and her interactions with others. She needs some recognition. We were thrilled with this trip there were sales associate around every corner in case you needed something. I was so pleased with this trip. THANKS LORETTA!

Found exactly the plant I was looking for!

So, I'm like, an old lady, lol.. and I like doing projects. I just don't always know what I need. So I take a photo and off to the Home Depot. Every employee I've encountered, helps me pick out exactly what I need to accomplish my task. Kudos Guys n Gals!

I want to thank Bauke for going out of his way to help me find the parts that we needed for our Echo weedeater. He delivered great customer service and went beyond what was expected!

I brought this fan/light switch about a month ago and love how it functions! This switch allows me to control the fan and light simultaneously without having to reach up to manually control either! Also needed a way to protect the electric cord of my landscape lights. Great day for me!

Excellent staff - clean and orderly store

There was one sales associate on the floor, and he was on his phone. We felt like we were imposing on the lot associate to help us load our bagged goods. Bright spot was the cashier, who was friendly and engaging.

They manage to keep the items I used in stock. Great selection
