wonderful store

This is the closest store to my home, and I’ve been shopping there for the past 7 years. This store was essential in renovating and designing my current home. We were able to quickly purchase, make returns, and get issues resolved at this location. The employees that I’ve met were professional and assisted to their ability. A few downsides to this location: It’s cramped. It’s so cramped that the seasonal stuff makes their aisles hard to navigate especially with the large shopping carts.; it’s also understaffed in some areas. Sometimes the lines are really home and employees look like they’re stretched thin in terms of responsibility.; Getting someone on the phone in a particular area takes forever and sometimes I just give up and drive there myself. Otherwise, the experience is not that bad and they’re reliable in terms of getting what I need. The prices are affordable and I like the selection of items.

The store was clean, neat, and festive. I was really impressed with the Halloween decorations of which I had never seen before at a Home Depot! The customer assistance was excellent and there was not a long wait in the checkout line. I had a great shopping experience!

Customer service went above and beyond to resolve my issue from another store. Very pleased with the results!

I have mixed feelings about this store. Some times the staff is great. The product is stocked properly and I can find what I need and them there are days like yesterday where it's like the whole store was ran by a bunch of new hires with little to no training. Watch a customer try to get the attention of an employee who was so engrossed in his phone or handle device for work (not sure which) and he didn't even look up at the customer until she yelled "HEY" at him. When he finally looked up she told and she told him what she needed from the top shelf he tells her to get someone else and walks off with his face back in the device.

My favorite hardware store, where you find all you need, at reasonable prices.

Store was clean, employees helping out customers and the few cashiers you have were very polite. Been shopping this store since it opened. Convenient, I have been to others and had to find people for help.

The store was clean and orderly. I enjoy my shopping experience with an attitude of great expectancy and enthusiasm. The atmosphere are of this store was great with the right temperature. I would recommend any one to visit home depot the check out a quality of excellent service.

Hard to find stuff, hardware employees not helpful at all. They don't seem like they care.

As soon I walk through the store I was greeted by every employee. Fernando was very helpful in plumbing and when I reached self checkouts the cashier rosalie was very helpful showing me how to use self checkouts. I was pleased with the service thank you

Awesome experience!

The people were very knowledgeable and friendly. Several great employees inc. Jules in Gardening Annette Marcus Manager and Brian Manager.

The garden department does not have enough personnel working in that area. I can hardly ever find anyone to help me with the heavy lifting of wet 40 lb bags of soil, potting mix or stones . Sometimes an employee will just watch you struggle and not offer to help. I think their is a definite lack of customer service
