This is quite possibly the worst store in the entire Home Depot chain. I would avoid shopping here unless you like rude, sarcastic employees who seem like you have interuppted their day by asking for help. Don't expect anyone to be prompt here as it took me half an hour to have someone get an item down from a top shelf. When I commented on how long I had to wait, the employee said, "Thank you for shopping at Home Depot today. Someone is very angry."

So being two blondes walking into a Home Depot we didn’t know much, surprisingly a special worker named Han made it an amazing trip! Girls who are in need of help ask for Han she can handle it like she handled us!

The sales associate in the paint department, Sammie, was extremely helpful. She helped me chose the perfect materials for my painting project and explained how to use all tools and materials. She gave great advice and the pros and cons.

This location of Home depot is the one I go to all the time. The reason is because there staff is wonderful. There is a young lady named Jazmine and she is so sweet, friendly and polite. She always make sure she takes care of her customers. If she does not know it she will look it up and if still nothing she will find the right person to talk too. She also had great customer service. That's why I continue to come to this store

I visited Home depot on a Thursday about 7 pm, it appeared to be a slow day. I walked to the flooring department and spoke to an associate by the name of Angel, he was polite but he was also new and it was clear he did not know much about his department. Angel attempted to call his manager for assistance but after several attempts, he finally said "I am sorry but I have no idea where my manager is". I told Angel I had other shopping to do and that I would be back and hopefully he would have located his manager by then. I came back 20 min later and again he attempted to call his manager over the loud speaker, but his manager ( who I later found out was named Maggie) was no where to be found. I asked Angel if he could order the carpet, he referred me to the returns department in the front of the store. There and associate by the name of Ivy attempted to help me, she could not answer my questions and again attempted to call the store manager Maggie, no answer. Finally Maggie called back and she was not sure of the answer either and never took the time to come talk to me in person. Bottom line, nobody in the store was able to help me order the carpet for my home. I would encourage the management to invest in training their staff, its affecting your profit margin. After a very frustrating visit, I left, went to Lowe's across the street where I found knowledgeable employees who helped me order the carpet.

Best store in town

Good store, but a little cluttered with items in the isles

We are doing a small remodeling of our kitchen. (As if ANY remodel is small.) I've run over to HD for items at the last minute and they always have it in stock. Whew... one less thing to worry about.

The store is clean and parts are in order, the associates are ready to help and if they cant help they will get some one that can.

I always get the personal treatment when i shop and know who to see in 90% of the department , Blake in building and lumber is always willing to help with any questions i might have with a project. Shelle in millworks is always helpfull and knowlagable, When i have flooring questions Casey knows everything and is who i speak to, When it comes to Plumbing Doug's the man, Electrical Tyler has the experience.

This location very seldom disappoints in it's stock of items. It is very busy most of the day, but it is easy to get assistance when needed. Only 1 time in all the years it's been there did I run across a employee that had know idea of what items were in his area.

There are multiple overhead hazards like merchandise not being secured. There were multiple units in the home still banded together. How am I supposed to shop when I can't even grab the item I needed. No one greeted me when I entered and no one bothered to help.

My advice for great customer service is ask for Ebony or Micah they are awesome . You truly feel like they like and know their job. I will return to this Home Depot Because of the service and knowledge provided by Ebony and Micah. Two outstanding employees.

Always get assistance at this store. The only one comparable in my experience was a local hardware store in Woodinville, WA, 1200 miles away. The store is always neat, items are easy to find as the layout has not changed since opening. Find quality items for most my home improvement needs. I am also a professional wood turner, and find some of the support tools useful and convenient. I'm always treated well and helped when I need it. I have used the ordering desk several times, the people there are very patient and helpful.

The checkout person, named Darla, is very nice. I showed her my ID to get the military discount - she thanked me for my service.
