Terrence from Customer Service was great in performing a complex return

I visit the Home Depot on Strickland Road in Raleigh NC at least 3 times per week because I know the store will be neat, clean, and well presented and a great staff will be available to assist me with any questions I may have. Shelia and Theresa are hands down my favorite employees. I know both of these ladies on a first name basis because they are always so pleasant and make sure I’m being taken care of. These two should be applauded for consistently delivering exceptional customer service and for their loyalty of 20+ years to the brand. This type of loyalty speaks volumes about the Company and Store Leadership of Store #3634. I look forward to future visits!

I went seeking help for ordering top down bottom up shades and cordless blinds, and found excellent employees at this store. The window coverings haven't been installed yet, but I am confident they will be great. Here's why - 1. was able to walk though options with knowledgeable designers who work in flooring (they do window coverings too), 2. had experienced pro's come to my home to measure, 3. aided in my selections by everyone involved, 4. removal and installation will be done by the guys who measured. Every stage of the process so far has been a pleasure with these people!

In spite of what HD Customer Service at 800-HOME-DEPOT (466-3337) says, This store has a hard time getting over applying the discount manually (which they can do and have done). They need to stop whining about it and just do it with a smile.

the guys in the paint dept are amazing they really know there stuff. we are redoing our deck and have no idea what we are doing and the answered all our questions give them a raise
