Had delivery set for 7/8. No call No show. called 7/8 and 7/9 with no return call. Still no call back on 7/10 at 2:50pm Salesperson was great and super helpful.

I love home Depot when I need a pick me up I go look around just love looking at things very therapeutic.

Now, I've always gone into this store, ever since we moved here, and today wasn't a special day, but I was pleasantly greeted at the door and my husband as well which was a nice surprise since the H.D. workers are normally assisting customers or asking if we the customers need help with anything. They continue to keep the store clean and organized making it easy to locate what we need. And I personally always have a good experience at this store all the way to the register, having a brief conversation with a H.D. employee there. I honestly don't have any complaints because the Home Depot Employees rock!!

After getting no help from two Garden Employees I sought out a Manager and to her credit she helped me get the topsoil I needed. These two Garden Employees came out from hiding to see what she was doing and did not even step up to help her out. Worthless....

I am in ofallon Home Depot quite often and there a few people I’d like to shout out. Mike in lumber is always someone who goes above and beyond. Never cares if it’s section or not he does whatever he needs to to help me. Same for Patrick in the paint department. Those guys take care of me almost every time I’m in. Then we have the lady cashier who is over by the pro desk who I’m ashamed I don’t know her name by now by she’s always great and very friendly. Then at the actual pro desks joe and Andy are always there to tend to whatever it is we may need. They are awesome. The only problem I have with the store is the kitchens department. Specifically the older lady the works back in the section most the time. They are right next to the blinds and a lot of times I look for flooring associates first before asking her for help and when I ask her for help she refuses to take a couple minutes to help me and actually give me very disrespectful attitude when asking for help. She interrupted her own phone conversation to jump in my conversation and very rudely look at me and say with the utmost attitude “we are in kitchens” which was very frustrating for me because she works at Home Depot she should be more friendly for 1 and 2 be more willing to help a customer regardless of her section title. But that was just one of many times she refused to help me. And that time I asked her to get me a manger after her rude remarks and she again rudely responded and told me to go find one myself. Feel free to reach out to me because I’ll happily go in there and point her out for you. That type of customer service is ridiculous. But overall I love the ofallon Home Depot and will continue to shop there. Won’t let one bad apple ruin the bunch of pretty darn good ones. Thank you to them!

I have been on a hunt for this 6ft singing Santa and have checked several stores. I specifically called the Ofallon store and spoke with Lisa and she held the last one they had for me! I can’t even tell you how happy this made me! Talk about exceeding a customers expectations!!!!! I will ALWAYS recommend this store! They will not disappoint!

From the moment we entered the store, we were made to feel appreciated. We came in to check inventory on a cook stove and microwave for our new home. We then, left and went else where to price and product compare. We returned and made our purchase. Each sales associate we encountered, made us feel important and appreciated.

I remodeled my kitchen with new cabinets and appliances and Lisa in Kitchens was so friendly and knowledgeable. The result was I now have a beautiful Kitchen. Thank you Lisa

Horrible customer service. The cashier Madeline got so angry about a simple miscommunication that I thought she was going to get physical with me. Very rude staff and incompetent employees! Do not shop at this store!

Incompetent and VERY RUDE employees. This is not the norm for The Home Depot. They can do better. Would not recommend this store in O’Fallon to anyone!!

I had the best experience with Terrence and Mike in lumber. They were all about customer service from uncovering my items that were all the way around the back of the store to helping make load up a breeze - they were great and made this project so much better because of such a pleasant shopping trip!

Red pressure treated lumber (it looks just like cedar) or green pressure treated lumber, you know what it looks like and what it dries out to look like. The red treated stays red. I replaced my sisters backyard patio steps and they still look great dried out three years later. If I only could share this photo. I went on a Tuesday so helpers were plentiful and very helpful.

clean, well stocked, nice bathrooms and knowledgeble staff at all times. Best hrdware store in town by far.

Have bought several large items from this store they were always very helpful, with a washer and now a new ice box. Setup a delivery date for both that worked perfectly and on time.

Great experience overall, you can tell the employees are willing to help - kind and polite.

Best place to get custom cut window blinds and wire closet shelving. I bought enough for 2 rental homes. Arnoldo helped me get everything I needed at the right size. He even loaded my minivan for me. I will definitely shop here again.

I do not think this is the store we frequent but I am sure they are all the same.

Due to the delivery of a wrong appliance, when it was not accepted, the order was cancelled instead of re-scheduled in error. I contacted the store for assistance with correcting this mistake. I spoke with the associate in the appliance department, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to get this corrected in a timely manner. His respectful demeanor was greatly appreciated, and his customer service skills go above and beyond. If I am in need of appliances again, I will definitely shop for them here.
