This is what i get for having appliances delivered

Staff members at the Oak Ridge Home Depot are all super friendly and patient with us as customers. Whether it’s tools, electrical or plumbing questions, everyone is eager to help us find what we need.

I had asked 3 people to help me, all were too busy. Sheila was the 4th person and she was helpful and kind! She walked me to a computer to look up my item and called Jim to help me find it, Jim even held my items while I ran to the car to grab a screw I had to match. Sheila and Jim are wonderful!

I bought my fencing from the store and had it delivered very friendly and nice

Today I went to buy a weed eater, accessories, deck cleaner, and a hose. Aidian went out of his way to help me, even though it wasn't his department. Sheila helped me access my discount coupon. I just want to give a shout-out to these two people and our local store!

Went looking for deck screws and found them just like Home Depot site said.

This Home Depot location was far better than the others I’ve been to in the Knoxville area, throughout the store the employees are actually friendly and helpful. One employee specifically stands out: Chris working in the tools section had asked if I needed help with anything, I did actually as I’ve never put up shelves into cinder block where I needed to use concrete screws so I asked about depth, size, and matching the screw diameter to the shelving bracket. Chris stopped what he was doing to walk me over to the sections to show me which products I would need and how to find which size screws for my products so that everything fits the exact size I need. Chris was friendly & helpful!

I bought a refrigerator

Very easy to get refunds back without the hassle.

i purchased three boxes of LED light bulbs that were packaged to be 100 watt LED BRIGHT WHITE bulbs. When i installed them in the light fixtures i found that the bulbs produced a brown/white dim light that was definitely NOT BRIGHT WHITE.

Don’t waste your time calling Home Depot in Oak Ridge. According to the assistants store manager Brian, he is the end of the line and they do not care what happens to your deliveries or issues once you have bought their product and it has left the store. He was aggressive, rude and dismissive to me.

This location is well stocked and full of employees who care. This is my go-to location and much better than other locations in the area.

I bought a product online and had to return it. It was defected. All I had to do was bring the item to the store to get my refund. It was hassle free. This is great. I appreciate the way they make it easy for returns. I also buy a lot at this store. I love it. Thank you

I moved to Oak Ridge 5 month ago, starting shopping Home Depo. Did not have one where I lived before. Made my first purchased and was asked did I wand a Home Depo card. The cashier put my imfo in and was aproved. have used it since.

Bought some screws but got wrong size. Went back to store to return the screws and get the right size. The young man at the service desk that handled my return was very polite and just took a very few minutes to get my money back. I then went and got the right size screws, used self check out and left. Very peasant visit.

This store has an incredibly large selection of just about anything you could want. Just browsing around, I get a lot of ideas about future projects.

No one is ever at the pro desk. Stand in line for 20 min and some other pro comes up and does a phone sale or goes stright up to the head of the line by going to the desk and by passing the line. Loading zone is a parking lot for people that want to park out of the sun and rain.

We were door shopping and countertop shopping the employees were wonderful with helping and giving us ideas on our selections and style. They were very tentative to our needs!
