THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND BRIGHT. WE HAVE COME UPON SO MANY GOOD STORE EMPLOYEES. THEY KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS AND GIVE YOU TIPS AND HELP WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND READY TO HELP.

Exceptional staff when available, but there are times when the Lumber dept. could use more help. Everyone working here is friendly, helpful and asked if there was anything else needed for my project. I was thanked for shopping at the store and asked if I wanted to save $25.00 by opening a Home Depot account. Very professional. Thank you.

The Berlin Maryland store is always clean and well staffed with polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable associates. I enjoy shopping in Berlin because I always get great service and leave with my questions answered and the materials I need to finish my project! The thing that is amazing about this particular store is, it's consistent. Every single time I go, there are always more then willing to help and friendly employees and they always solve my problems. They are all extremely knowledgeable and always fun too. It's consistently a wonderful shopping experience.

The best Home Depot I've ever been in!

Store was very clean. Associates were very friendly. Products were amazing!! Needed assistance and asked a young man by the name of nick. He was very helpfull and friendly. Easy to talk to. Though he said he was quite new he was very knowlegable of the store and product location. Which made our visit so much more convienient!

We shop at this store often and usually have a very good experience finding what we’re looking for or getting help from friendly staff. My experience today with Rusty in the paint department went extremely well. He is a very friendly, informative and helpful employee.

I went to the store to get some tile. The boxes of tile were all strapped together, sitting on a pallet on the floor. Yeayin provided expert customer assistance by cutting the straps and loading the required number of boxes on the flatbed. Thanks, Yeayin!!

In shopping at the Berlin, Maryland Home Depot this evening I was just in time to make it before the garden shop was closing it's gates for the evening. I asked a woman if I could get 4 bags of mulch and that I needed help because I couldn't lift the bags myself. She volunteered but I said she should get a man to get them because I also needed help putting them in my car. She asked a man and he said he would help me. The cashier or the gentleman helping me never made me uncomfortable about me getting in just as they were closing. She rang up the sale and the man helped me by getting the mulch and putting them in my car. I also decided on a plant and she rang that up as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience in shopping there!

Everyone one was so helpful and noone thought I was a bother with my numerous questions. The cashier Tricia was awesome and the tall gentleman in the paint department (originally from Hazleton PA) Was super helpful. The store had everything we went for at prices we liked, and we even made a couple impulse purchases.

Dusty was a lot of help and was very kind to us. Will be using the location a lot more !!

Just a great group of people working here.

The store is always clean, I can find what I find what I want most of the time, just have to look for assistance some time, every one is friendly.

I needed assistance with what I purchased and had questions to ask. Instead there was another shopper in the store that was familiar with what I was looking for. At self check out there were people in the front of me that didn't know how to work the self check out. I would like to see at least 1 cashier instead of a person just standing there to assist you with self check out. Elderly people and handicapped people shouldn't have to go thru this. And the lines get very long when people have alot of items and don't know how to operate self check outs. This is taking jobs away for people that need to work.

There is no human at checkout. I do not like self checkouts, it is taking jobs from people.
