I wasted time and fuel to receive wrong ordered parts. The parts I received don’t correspond to website part number resulting in wrong parts delivery and NO attempt made by employee to have the issue fixed so others won’t have to experience what I did.

I was approached by Carlee while looking for an item. She was very helpful and quick on answering any questions I had.

Bianca Mayorga went above and beyond and out of her way to help us find a product, after so many people said they were out or just pointed out to all kind of different directions. She has amazing costumer service skills which helped improved our experience!!

Brian helped me and was such a good help he got me what I needed cause I don’t know anything about washers and when I got home it worked great!

Saving my items while I got my wallet from the truck saved me TIME. I got back to site and everything installed / working! PRICELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I love this store. I always receive great customer service, year round. Also, there's always knowledgeable associates to help me with anything from gardening, to tools, to appliances. This is my "go to" store for just about anything. Thanks Home Depot.

The lady at the garden area checkout is always pleasant to talk to much better than self checkout.

Wend to this store for paint. Was able to search for items I needed alone, but never was offered any type of help. Wasnt greeted entering the store or upon exiting with a simple thanks! Sort of sucks!

I bought almost everything I needed to do a kitchen & bathroom remodel. Every team member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Huge appreciation for Dustin the asst. Manager, Jordan in customer service, and Demi in custom kitchens. All 3 went above and beyond, earning my respect, appreciation, and loyally. Also a sweet, very knowledgeable hispanic lady in plumbing, but I never caught her name. You guys have a great team here at the odessa store! Very impressive.

Regarding order WJ38631605. I ordered an a/c unit online and needed it today so chose one in stock at this store, of which showed 3 in stock. When I arrived I found out my order had been cancelled and there was not one in stock. In fact there were no window units available in store. The girl that helped me said that if it shows at least 5 in stock then there is only a 50% chance of the store having one in stock. Less than 5 then they don’t have it. 6 hours off work and 3 hr round trip for this. Time of order until notified was more than 4 hours and I had already arrived. I’ll never buy from Home Depot again.

This store has plenty of help, yet nobody is there to help.

I didn't get the name of the young lady who told me where the bolt cutters were, but it barely took a second for her to tell me what aisle they were on! When I went to the checkout, Nubia helped me, and she was friendly and greeted me with a smile! This is now my favorite store!

First they lose part of my order then I have to come back return items I already received and paid for so that they can reorder same stuff. I live out of town and had to pay again to get reordered and then when I return later get reimbursed just a hassle

Great improvement on customer service

We shopped Memorial Day weekend and it was busy. We purchased 2 large garage shelves and 2 large toolboxes. Kat from hardware is an asset to this store as she helped us locate, purchase and load the items. She saw the customer service through from beginning to end and with safety, a smile and good attitude.

I have ordered online for a home warming gift, found rugs, storage, yard tools, home repair for DIY projects, Gift card as a gift. First home improvement place I go to for most everything.

This was second visit in two days and my experiences were great! Quick and easy !!
