Robert/Bob in the paint department is always rude and seems to intimidate other employees. I asked a question to an employee in paint and he interrupted with a nasty attitude saying well then I can't help you with that find a youtube video. He said it almost angrily. After another lady mixed my paint and gave it to me she proceeded to whisper a suggestion to me as if she was afraid he would hear her talking to me. This is about my 4th or more intreaction with him in the past 6 months and he always seems to be in a sour mood.

Rich in the electrical department was absolutely wonderful

This is my default home improvement store. I especially like the interaction between online and on site. I often order what I need online to pick up instore. Associates are helpful.

I have to say that this particular locations is very clean and organized.It is most always stocked well. The employees are always patient and helpful.

I bought the same product at another store but paid more despite a 15% discount.

Jessica in Customer Service pulled together product and delivery resources to enable our project to meet schedule.

Shop here all the time and am very pleased with employees and service.

I have frequented this store due to working on a rental property rehab. I normally shop at another location. I have had excellent experiences each time I have shopped there. I will be back!!! Congrats!

I returned a defective chainsaw and decided to upgrade to a more expensive one. The customer service representative (Jessica) went above and beyond exchanging my defective unit and replacing it with the upgraded one. She explained the return policy and warranty policy which I was not fully aware of. She saved me money and educated me should there be a future problem with the new unit. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service that I had not experienced in other stores in my area. 5 stars to this store with an additional 2 Thumbs Up!

Never seen any Individual with such a Work Associated Attitude in My Shopping experiences, you people are fortunate to have such a person on your staff. This was some of the worst customer service that I have experienced. It's bad when a customer leaves angry and embarrassed. It's even worse when the customer goes home and solves the problem himself by using a simple search on The Home Depot Website!

When they are out of product .They will call you and let you know that they got the product in. They got the best customer service team .You will love that store.

I bought a Dewalt Impact Driver (Tool only) for $139 last night. When I arrived at home and opened the box the tool was clearly not brand new, reconditioned, or slightly used. It was heavily used. The bearings are out of alignment. The motor appears to be fried and it has almost no torque. The silicone rubber is peeling off and has chucks missing that would indicate the driver was heavily used. The plastic is nicked and scratched all over. I am thinking that someone bought a new driver, swapped it with their old one, and returned it. However I have no proof of that. What I do I have is an unusable driver that I bought at full retail price. At full retail price I would expect a brand new item, but this is not even close. Maybe this store either did not check a previous return and put this item back on the shelf? I really have no clue what happened, but now I am stuck with a beat up old driver that I feel like I cant return because I would be accused of swapping a new item with an old one. To me this feels like a very sad way to pass loss directly to your customers.

I bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot, the sales person Matt was great, knowledgable, professional and helpful. However, the delivery company they used (third party) was not good. They seemed to be in a hurry, didn't leave the manual for the washer, and stated they would follow up with me after the left, didn't get a call back from them.
