Employees, Mike and Bailey, were extremely helpful in loading my mulch bags in my truck. They were friendly and professional.

Had a great experience I. The flooring department. Steve and Phil helped me with not only my flooring needs, but also purchasing 3 toilets. They even walked them out to my car and loaded them for me! Also, I used the installation service for my toilets and it was awesome. They came on the same day as I bought my toilets!

Don’t walk but run to this store for your next home project! I worked with 6 employees in my recent visit and ALL of the Employees were nice and helpful. The departments ranged from Customer service, Plumbing, and Checkout. My favorite employee for this visit was Jerry in Plumbing!

I go to this store often for DIY projects, the staff is very friendly and they make me smile, some of them are real characters and I love it! I love that I can bring my dogs in and many of the employees have treats, even seems to be a competition between some of them as to who has the best ones. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable, if an employee doesn't know the answer they know who to ask to get the right one. My favorite store!!

The products are always quality but if something is broken or doesn’t work the way I thought it would, I can repackage product neatly & return for credit. Great service!!

Needed assistance with a home wood project for a wedding shower. The employees in the lumber department listened to what we were trying to do and made sure they consulted with the 'experts' in that department so we had the best guidance for what we needed.

Special staff support today by (3) gentleman who helped climb up the 20 foot ladder to reach Malibu Lights on sale !

This Store is great , the workers are very polite and attentive. Go above and beyond to make sure we find everything we need. I shop almost every day there and will continue! I could give them 100 star

Go see Joel if you need appliances. The guy knows his stuff and wont try to oversell you. Go to the guy every chance i can.

I went to other hardware stores did not feel like they cared so much. John at the Home Depot located at 119th Street, Olathe, Kansas did the opposite...He took the time first to ask about the painting I was about to do, listened, then made a technical recommendation. Great Paint Center!!!

The products are over priced and fail to support regular residential customers that need to make repairs quickly. It maximizes profits over customer value. I needed to replace a broken garbage disposal. I went on the HD website to check options and availability. I found an Insinkerator 100 with a cord online for between $94 and $107 depending on which store I put as my home store. But no local store had that option with a cord in-stock. It would take 2 days to arrive. I needed to repair my kitchen sink immediately so I looked at what was in-stock. They had the same model Insinkerator 100 without a cord for $119 in-stock. I then would have to buy a cord kit for another $16. My total was $134 instead of the $94-$107 I saw online but not available in the stores. All because the stores are not setup for retail customers and their needs for repairs. Maximize profits at the expense of customer value. Even if there was one option in store of a corded disposal that competed with the non-corded versions, it would have been helpful. So value to the customer is why I give HD a one star review.

As a female, I generally have more questions about things when visiting a home improvement store than some do. When I tried to ask questions of this particular associate, I was rudely interrupted and cut off before I could even finish my question. I will not return to this store for any of my needs.

I went to Home Depot for some sharkbite fittings. I could not find anyone on staff to help me and the checker did not give me a Veterans Discount.

Always great experiences at Home Depot. Conner assisted in locating the smoker I wanted, took my purchases to check out and loaded my vehicle.
