I had the pleasure of working with Sylvia today. I needed a new fridge as my old one quit. I chose HD because they price match. I found it for $200 less somewhere else. I first called the Lacey store and was told by Barb in appliances that they don't price match because of Covid. This sounded absolutely ridiculous to me so I called the Oly store. Sylvia said, "of course we price match". Beware of the HD store you deal with!!! Lacey doesn't give you the deals Oly does!!!

Anna in apliences department is EXELENT worker. Ask her for help! U be happy u did!

I’ve shopped here for years and the service has only gone down. It’s too bad because I used to enjoy the nice and friendly staff that used to work at the store. *Young cashier was ambivalent. *On duty manager was inattentive and didn’t address my poor customer experience in person, but did so over the phone with cashier. *Lumber attendant told me they can be responsible for mis-stocked items and wouldn’t help me find the correct item.

When entering the store the greeter welcomed me. No other employee spoke to me at all. The bright spot to my visit was checking out. I had some difficulty with the gift cards I was paying with. Sharesse was very friendly and quite helpful.

We had to make an unexpected purchase of a washer and dryer on 4th of July. Our salesperson was very helpful and knew her stuff...we were very pleased to have that on a holiday.

Great people and service as usual.

This store is close to my home and I really appreciate the help and even when I had a situation last year, Mike, the store manager was very happy to walk me through my need and everything came out very well.

My experience with this Home Depot has been great! They went above and beyond my expectations! They had exactly what I needed, and the staff is very helpful.

Normally 5 stars on any other day. As soon as I get in I go to the return counter to ask if the gal who was on the computer was open. I think her name was Alecia but couldn't see her tag really well, but she cuts me off and doesn't even look up at me and points behind her and says the line is over there sir, all snooty and rude! I tried to ask if where she was pointing was for returns and once again she cuts me off with the same reply and same motion. She must think because she said sir that she had a free ticket to be rude!? OMG I was so mad! Wow!! how about 'Hi sir, is there anything I can help you with? and actually make eye contact. I realize by itself it doesn't seem like that big of a deal. Most employees who work there I at least recognize and they recognize me. Some I've come to know really well over the years but I have never been kissed off like I was by this woman today. Everyone has a bad day and I figured the pause and my tone of my follow up question would clue her in to how she was coming off but not her. The look on my face would have been a clear indication of how I was feeling but she would have had to look up from the screen but I didn't even get that much acknowledgement from this woman. Not one to tell you how to run your business but if someone has zero customer service skills and is as personable as a coat rack, maybe put them in another job or give them more training. I tell you this for sure, had that been my first time in your store, it would have also been my last. Thanks for listening me.

Very clean always get right in with social distancing

Amazing place to shop. Very knowlegable associates at every section: lumber, hardware, plumbing, garden, cashier, loading, etc.

This store's customer service is outstanding! Associates are always professional, courteous, polite, and yes, friendly. The store is clean and well-kept. I will drive the extra distance to shop at this Home Depot store.

The store associates at this Home Depot are incredible - very knowledgeable, helpful and overall friendly. This will always be my preferred store!

I have purchased from this store on a number of occasions. When other locations are out of a product, this one goes out of it's way to help the customer find what they need. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

There are three HD stores in Olympia and this store on Fones is the best store..hands down. The employees always acknowledge that your there. Ask if you need any help. Other stores I can walk through the whole store hardly see any employees working and when you do see someone they dont even look at you.

Employees are always helpful finding for me the item I need, also they offer suggestions on similar items in case I'm not sure about the product I want to buy.

Staff are friendly and helpful when available, which is more often than not-unlike other locations I have been too. Store has always been stocked with what I want; is clean and organized. Inventory has less variety than other home depot stores I have been to out of state.

I've had great experiences at this store: the ladies in the flooring/window treatment area are especially competent and helpful. All employees are friendly and try to assist you. The store is clean, the stock well kept, and you actually get customer service here.

Great service from all the employees I encountered with, from flooring to appliance to customer service to electrical. The visit was fast and smooth.

Every employee we came in contact with asked if we were finding everything ok. When we did ask for help, the employees where more than happy to offer assistance and advice on our current project.

I'm a homeowner that have build one new house and remodeled several. Home Depot was always there for me to provide building materials for all projects. Their plumbing, lumber, flooring and paint departments are the best. The options in the appliance departments are great. The staff across the store are always helpful. Thank you Home Depot!

I had a unique project that required using standard hardware items for non-intended project. Pamela rocked it when it comes to knowing her products and the many options available to DIY into another use. Very impressed. I will seek out Pamela in the future for this assistance!

If I could have given this review zero stars I would have. We have had to go to this store on a few occasions due to the Tumwater Home Depot not having it in stock. Each and every time this store has sadly let us down. The employees are not helpful. Matter of fact it seems they go out of their way to ignore you and just chat with each other. To my knowledge that isn't what customer service is all about! They don't have to worry about us ever darkening their door again! We will wait until the Tumwater store has it back in stock as they are ALWAYS helpful.
