My Hubby and I went there to pick up a couple of cabinets for our Laundry room. We checked out with a girl named Dawn. She was Awesome! Just one of those people, who stand out and make you feel special about your day! Shout out to her! We both left smiling!

Rosa in appliances was amazing. She was very attentive, funny and kind. She let us know about a sale going on which was great because we were able to bundle our appliances. I would shop here again just for Rosa.

I was looking for a specialty paint and the representative in the paint department showed me something that wowed me.

I needed help with a plumbing project. I am not a plumber. However, the knowledgeable staff helped me get all of the correct fixture, connecters, glues, caps, pipes and fittings to get the job done correctly.

Talked to Store Manager "Dan" about the Military Vet Discount application, having to leave the checkout line 2 times to go outside to refresh the QR code, and it still would not scan. Store Manager was not interested in hearing my feedback or resolving the issue of a error on my receipt because the scanners would not read the QR Code.

Looking to purchase a quality flashlight for this hurricane season

This store has horrible customer service except the cashier Sheila and Gary in lawn and garden center. We spent 300 $ on stepping stones and rock and needed to rent their truck. As they said they were holding the truck while we got the items we needed once we had everything paid we went back to return counter to rent truck that they were holding for us... they rented it out to someone else... they had no intentions of holding it and the cashiers were very rude and treated us horribly.... we will never shop at orange city home depot ever again.

We love shopping at this Home Depot. Always well stocked and great assistance from the staff.

3TIMES I EXPLAINED THE VETERAN DISCOUNT POLICY TO THIS STORE. 3 TIMES THEY TOLD ME I WAS WRONG. 3 TIMES I CALL CORPORATE AND 3 TIMES THEY TOLD ME THE ORANGE CITY STORE IS BEHIND IN POLICIES.

Your valid Military ID card is no longer acceptable for the discount. You have to have the Home Depot app on your phone and scan a code under the new policy to get the Military discount. Not good for those of us who don't have their phone with them or remember their password. Wish they would change back to their previous policy. Slows down the whole checkout process imo.

Scrap the military discount program

My husband even noticed how beautiful the plants are.

Went out of there way to help load our appliance, helped find us exactly what we were looking for because we wanted something affordable and specific color, and made sure we got it by ordering the other part online in a timely manner.

I have your app on my phone in which I also use for military discount QR code. The Wi-Fi is terrible and I need to exit the building in order to get the code to work.

The desk help were awesome. Attentive and helpful to my questions.

I want to shout out Kendall and the whole staff at Home Depot in Orange City, FL for their friendly service.

Had my list of items. Needed 11 things. Was helped by 3 different employees. Found everything I wanted. Checked out. Only spent 20 minutes there and the store was crowded.

A couple of weeks ago i bought a standing fan i could not put together myself and found out after 2 hours trying a part was striped so i called the store and the manager had one put together for me and ready for me to pick up that means so much to us older seniors

There is always a sufficient selection of products. The only down side is finding assistance and/or product knowledge.

WHEN THEY PILE THINGS INTO THE AISLES SO MUCH THAT YOU HAVE TO GET AN ENPLOYEE WITH A PALLET TRUCK TO MOVE FOUR (4) PLALLETS OF PRODUCTS, THAT IS MUCH TOO MUCH. SHOWS THAT THE INDIVIDUAL RUNNING THE STORE SPENDS TOO MUCH TOP SITTING AND NOT CHECKING THE STORE FOR PROBLEMS. THIS IS AN ON GOING PROBLEM AND HAS BEEN ADDRESSED MANY TIMES. TODAY WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I HAVE NOW OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH LOEWS. ONCE MY WINDOWS ARE INSTALLED AND I'M SATISFIED WITH THAT, I WILL LOOK AT THE MY OPTIONS. AT THIS TIME I AM SSORRY I JUST SPENT $10K WITH YOU PEOPLE.

I was looking for steel wool to rid rust from the metal frame of a bench that I found in the ferns on my property. A young man helped me find the correct grade. Then I asked Janet about what paints to use and she was a huge help and when I am ready to paint I will definitely go back and follow her recommendations. Her advice will keep me from being disappointed by going by my own instinct. Janet is knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Amy was the best! She was very helpful and I definitely think everyone should be like her. She was extremely nice and cheerful. Just makes it worth the drive when you have great customer service like she provided. I had a very nice experience because of Amy.

I'm a single mom who walked in worried a salesperson may try to up sell me on a washer and dryer. I was wrong. I met Tony who was patient and had myself and my daughter feeling like family. I purchased same day!
