This Home Depot more often than not has what i am looking for. That staff is eager to help you find what you are looking for. On rare occasions, it is difficult to find someone to help when you are trying to locate something in the store. Overall, I will visit this home improvement store over others when I need home improvement supplies.

Love Home Depot! There is always a person available to answer my questions! They also do kitchen cabinet refacing when everyone else tries to sell you new cabinets!

I would like to thank Gene for giving me superior customer service. I am working on van to rv conversion and he was very helpful with the questions i already had and gave me some great advice on my projects. I dont have any experience in this but Gene was very encouraging and invited me back to ask him questions and he would help me with getting the right tools. I am a female and usually intimidated by home improvement stores and Gene made me feel like i was welcome anytime. A big thank you to Gene!

Went to the Powell Home Depot for kitchen and bathroom counter renewal project and a several additional items. Mark Toro project designer was kind, patient, well-humored and thorough! He explained everything in detail and offered a transparent view of costs and charges for our two projects. The others employees we interacted with were polite and helpful offering directions and guidance. The store aisles were a touch difficult to navigate as they have products and appliances in the main aisles, but will likely return for storm door project and other needs.

Home Depot is always a fun place to shop. The employees are great and there for you if you need assistance. The products I need are always available in the store.

Home Depot generally does a great job. Wide selection of items at good prices. I am happy to recommend this Home Depot to friends and family.

I also ask that the management take care of setting a call bell for the employee at each Show suite.

Everyone was helpful and it was easy to find what we were looking for. We also had to return an item purchased online and it was an easy process and took very little time.

There are 3 HD Stores within 10 miles of our home and I consistently choose #3836 because of the staff and the atmosphere in the store. It appears most everyone enjoys working there and they seem to work every well together. You get a feeling of cooperation & teamwork; that shows me there's solid leadership & quality hiring practices. I will continue to shop at this store as long as we live in this area.

I am just used to this store after living here for 25 years. But as I shop other HD's the vibe is just not the same as this store. I know most of the electrical dept employees by name (without reading their name tags). My cashier, Supriva is one I hunt for when checking out. This store is just a good part of the Powell/Lewis Center community and is my favorite of the DIY big box stores!

We love this store. It is our "go to place" when we need something for a project in which we are involved. It must have good leadership because everyone has always been helpful, kind, patient and professional even the fellows that help load things in our vehicles. I've waited too long before writing this to remember everyone's name. Carol in customer service spent a great deal of time trying to help get an online order corrected. She was amazing! Page, Zack, Scot and others are also wonderful. I wish I could remember their names. We highly recommend this store and will be going back soon.
