The store associates were very friendly. Anytime we crossed paths, we were always asked if help was needed. The store is neat and clean, and the selection of products is better than the store off Brown Road.

Staff was argumentative, barely helpful and had no idea where the "in-stock" items were...will not visit this store again.

Pamela does an excellent job in the window covering department! She is very patient, very knowledgeable, and doesn't rush the process. You can really tell that this store is focusing on customer relations/satisfaction. I generally love Home Depot but, this has been my favorite Home Depot experience to date. I will definitely use this store now as my home store.

This location has always had exceptional customer service! Its obvious that like all the big box stores that the company is cutting hours and employees to get the sales for the stock holders. As a result the employees that are on the floor are overloaded with work and finding help is near impossible now.

I can generally find most any items I'm looking for at this Home Depot- The prices are reasonable and very competitive- Any time I have needed to return anything, the return process has been easy and efficient- I have always found the staff to be helpful, friendly and knowledgable, regardless of whichever department I'm in- I can't think of an unsatisfactory experience I've had there.

Store is always neat and clean and well labeled. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their store.

Zahir was a great help when shopping at this location. Before checking out I expressed how I couldn’t find more of a product I needed. He offered to check inventory levels, called somebody in the department to assist me, followed up when he saw me pass by while waiting for the item, and even assisted me at check out. Staff overall friendly, store clean, and Employee Zahir went above and beyond with customer service.

This Auburn Hills Home Depot has a family vib....love this place. They offer to help you check out and always have someone available to answer questions or find things. The Best,

This is my go-to store for everything for home improvement. Danielle and Karla in the flooring department were great on my last visit and helped me schedule a flooring install in my home. They even helped to expedite an installation date for me.

It's fine for the stuff you need, and better than competitors sometimes, but I really wish you would stop printing the receipts. My first attempt at this review was rejected, and if this one gets rejected as well, I will stop shopping here as my needs can be met with other home improvement stores. You can do better than this people. Try to not kill the trees and stop printing receipts. that was the intention of emailed receipts int he first place!

Rex Moorhouse (Appliance Specialist) Saved me I needed a Gas dryer before Thanks giving. He found me one in the store . I would have had to wait 10 days for one to be sent to my house. I walked out of the store with a sale. Kids are coming home home, my dryer died . He listen to me and totally help me out.

I purchased Christmas lights David helped me. He is great The Lake Orion Store is the best store for helpful employees. Your guys are great.

I needed a new set of locks for my house. Duane in hardware looked at pics of my doors and showed me exactly what I needed. Then, to make sure I wouldn't need one key to open all doors, he rekeyed one the locks! For free! He did this very quickly all while helping other customers.

The store was very clean and the staff in the garden department were exceptional. A team member went out of his way to help me find the products I was looking for and even loaded everything into my car. I will definitely be shopping at this Home Depot in the future.

Best customer service you will get. If you want undivided attention and someone who really listens and will not leave your side until you are satisfied, look for Dwayne over by keys, he will help you with anything. look for Mike over in the tile or Mr. Brown.

This specific HD experience was a disaster!!!! Drive past it and go somewhere else. NOBODY could complete our Andersen window order because the person who normally does it was off. Not ONE person, even the manager, could COMPLETE our order. Associates don't know where products are located. You have to hunt someone down to help and then they give wrong information. I will NEVER step foot in this HD ever again. I will drive PAST it to go somewhere else. Unbelievable!!

Thank you again very much for the professional service I received yesterday at you store. I had specific measurement and a truck bed that would not fit the load: 1x4 outdoor treated trim boards. A Gentleman named: Joshua (I asked him for his last name because he was so helpful) Joshua name printed on his carpenter's apron. He cut my 3-boards precisely 81", and found me another piece with straight grain (knowledge I don't have) for my header piece. Where do you get these people? Tim is another person in the lumber area; He helped me in the past. They are nice and share their knowledge. I was in and out of your store with the right product and confidence to use it - Thank you Joshua said: There are fasteners (screws) that work best outdoor; Do you need any? Yes I do, and he continued to help me. Oh, he used all the Safety precautions while cutting wood: Customer stands back, he wore safety glasses; I received excellent service.

The you professional staff at Home Depot; I am always thankful that your staff has helped me solve my residential home owner problems through the years. Your store has a recipe for communicating with people. Your greet them entering the store friendly, through out the store you ask them if they need assistance and (I do) and you share knowledge of what you sell and how it is applied and confidently tell us come back and ask further questions while we doing our home repair. You all are GREAT. I was pleasantly surprised to have encountered a gentleman in the drywall area that assisted me in my purchase and loading of vehicle! Kuddos to Tym! I wasn't seeking help at the time but he saw I was struggling and took the time to care!

The customer service at this store is excellent. The store is so large, sometimes I have no idea what area to look in for a product, and the Home Depot Team is always friendly in helping me know where to look.

Elliot...The casher was excellent. Very polite and very friendly. Would go to his lane over others.

On line order and curbside pickup experience is excellent. Placing and order is easy. On hand quantities are usually spot on. This Lake Orion Home Depot picks on line orders fast. The "curb side " pick up is as prompt as can be. Park, call, and goods are on their way to your vehicle.. I feel fortunate that I live in a community that has a great Home Depot. I do miss going in the store, to visit Kathleen, in the paint department.

With the current health crisis situation, I placed an on line order. It was easy with quick acknowledgement that the order was ready to pick up. I chose the "text alert option" and it worked perfectly. When I got to the store, I was greeted kindly. The only information needed was a phone number with everyone using social distancing. The young man who brought the cart of items, wiped the cart handle after he brought it. The whole experience was smooth and professional. This is not out of the ordinary for this store. This store is always terrific.
