Although the floor staff was very helpful & courteous, 1 of the managers Dereik was very rude & short with me, even so far as to cut me off while I was speaking. I will definitely try to avoid any future interactions with him.

Had all the items that i needed

In light of everything going on with h COVID-19, it seems, like me, a lot people are doing their DIYs at home. The store has been packed for a while and now they have taken measures to keep customers safe, while still keeping their business open and running smooth ever. The employees are very friendly. Thank you home Depot.

My product was assembled and ready for pick-up when I arrived. I was very pleased.

This Home Depot Store is in a very convienient location takes me about 15 minutes to get there from where I live. I have not yet come to this location and find what I need for projects, also ways recieve great customers service, the employees are very knowledegable of where their materials are which is great so I'm in and out of the store at a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Home depot!!

This place is ghetto. Waaayy too ghetto. The paint department is never staffed enough, it’s almost a 30 minute wait for paint. The staff barely stops to help and if they do they pass it on to another employee who never knows anything. Employees are txting or talking on the phone in front of your. Half the staff has an attitude and the most shocking part is, this is your BUSIEST store in southern Maryland. I would think it would be managed better. Just a thought.

It is a good store have some great people may be they just need to be on duties al all times , some time when help needed they are not there.

This is my neighborhood store and I feel like family when I shop here. If there is something that I cannot find, I am able to connect with an associate and gain assistance to retrieve the item of interest/need.

Years ago this Home Depot store offered classes on basic home repairs/carpentry and gardening. These classes were so invaluable. Wonder why they stopped? I recommend this store if it is close to your home. But many times, there can be needless trips, due to items not in stock.

Today's shopping experience was awful. The paint dept was manned by 1 employee who did the best she could waiting on each customer with grace with a constant line of 15 deep. No Manager available to assist after inquiring. This store runs on a lack of leadership and customer service. I am always disappointed when I come. I wish I had another option for quick runs but when I have time I avoid this store at all cost.

the employees are always very helpful. it's ashame that companies weaponize the feedback survey yet make it difficult to get to. why would you group the user id and password in such a way that it has to be put in that way. no-one else does that nor would a person who is not tech savvy.

This HD is the closest to my home. For something quick that I know they have I will go. BUT IT SEEMS THAT CORPORATE AND OR MANAGEMENT CARES NOTHING ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD. THE PARKING LOT HAS BEEN NEEDING REPAVING FOR SOME YEARS. LIGHTING AT NIGHt IS A JOKE. Inside things could be more organized,and more self checkouts. And please NEW BATHROOMS..A few things would make this HD Great Again.

Good relocation

just needs to be cleaner and more organized employees need to be more freindly.

This store has too many people hanging out in the parking lot who are clearly not customers. Some are there seeking customers who wish to hire them for side jobs. However, the way the parking lot looks is ridiculous and almost made me not want to shop there that day. There were people hanging clothes on their car windows, drinking and standing in the way of customers entering the parking lot. It is an eyesore. While I support people trying to secure work and it doesn't bother me that they are in the parking lot, what I have a problem with is that they are hanging out all over the place and some appear to just be hanging out and not seeking work at all. The parking lot is filthy and trash is all over the place. If it were not for the fact I really needed to shop there for appliances that day, I would have turned around and driven several miles to the Waldorf store or your competitor's store, which are both much cleaner. However, my shopping experience in the appliance department at the Oxon Hill store was a good one and I was able to get over what I saw in the parking lot to get there because the customer service was excellent. The parking lot is still a turnoff nonetheless and does hinder the frequency of my shopping there, as I would rather drive further to avoid filth and vagrancy in order to have a pleasant experience in all areas of my shopping at Home Depot. Not just when I enter the store but also as soon as I am on your premises, it should feel welcoming in anticipation of a pleasant experience inside.
