As of writing this. I came in today after a 14 hour shift to get a couple of new tools and I found what I need and as I was getting ready to check out, a cashier named Kamrinne waved me over and helped me out with not only checking out, but with applying for a credit card. She was helpful and energetic throughout the whole process and was detailed in explaining anything I had questions on. I like to shop here over anywhere else for tools as it is, but I will definitely recommend this store over other Home Depot stores.

I wish I win the $5000 gift card. How are use every bit at the store

Went to buy some cabinets and countertops. No body helped or assisted. Finally walked out.

I stopped at two other places told me it couldn’t be done. Tim knew exactly what I needed before I fully explained it.

This store is the friendliest and helpful store in the area

Pace Home Depot has really improved their customer service. They are always friendly and helpful!!

You have two super ladies in customer service. Yazzie and Danielle ALWAYS greet me with a smile even if I am walking past the desk. I can ask where something is and either one will tell me what isle and who to talk to if necessary. They are both superstars with their knowledge and attitude. They should be training the rest of the staff on PROPER customer service.

Happy staff, good prices, quality lumber and great selections make our Pace Home Depot my new go to store for building projects. Deb the lumber checkout lady is awesome.

Brook was amazing…she helped us over the phone and went above and beyond to have our product ready and waiting on us upon our arrival! Very much worth the hour-long drive to her store!

This store is by far the best Home Depot around it has everything you need when you need it and the customer service is exceptional.

So glad to be able to buy appliances here and have them delivered to Brewton with installation. It made the difference in choosing this store over a competitor.

I look for a tool couldn’t find it but a Associate help me locate it

I buy 98% percent of the products that I need from here. I've been buying here for many years. I haven't been disappointed yet.

New to the Pace store, employees are always willing to help without being ask, makes a nice difference.

If you want to buy appliances this is the store to go to. The Appliance Specialist Sharon S helped me save a thousand dollars plus an upgrade in the gas range .

I had a rough morning, one of those it -shows- on your face ones. I was instantly greeted which surprised me, and made me smile a bit. Then Manny in the paint department was super thorough in making sure I was getting the right paint for my job, as well as tools. Alicia at self-checkout was kind enough to help me bag my items while I scanned (no line - but seriously I’ve never seen that before at a self checkout!) First time in this Home Depot, and it was really nice!

Loved the sale on the gorrilla ladder I got.

Dennis handled my return. He was both friendly and quick! Appreciated both of those qualities!

The staff are awesome and know where everything is. The store is neat, clean, and well organized.

Is my favorite win someone who works at Home Depot is actually skilled at trades and can give real advice. Seems to happen much more often here than at other hardware stores.
