We ♡ the Pahrump NV Home Depot. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is well stocked and never feels crowded. In addition, the manager supports the Cleanup Pahrump nonprofit by donating trash bags for weekly litter cleanup efforts around town. It is a real home town Home Depot!

I was feeling anxiety about which wires and connectors to buy when an employee named Shada walked up and asked if she could assist me. Shada asked polite questions, gave thoughtful answers and made me feel competent to connect wires in my project. I certainly needed and am grateful for Shada's help

Bought 10 bags of water softener salt and the price jumped $20 because they took away the discount for bulk buying. Way to go Home Depot.

I went into HomeDepot last November to order a stackable washer and dryer. I had to wait for 21/2 months to receive it. But it came without the stackable part. So now my new washer and dryer are sitting in the garage. They cannot install them without that part and the soonest it can be here is the 24th. So now it is more money and 3 months without them! The sales man at the store wrote them down as a stackable set as that was what we were looking at. Why on earth would he not add that part in as even in the store it is stacked and he definitely knew that was what we were wanting!! I am so upset with Home Depot right now! If you ever order any appliances through them do not let the older gentleman help you, find someone else to

Today my husband and I went into Home Depot here in Pahrump. We got what we came for, decided to check out in lawn and garden and so glad we did. We were checked out by a nice gentleman named James. He said he loved working outside specially on a beautiful Monday afternoon. He was quick at checking us out, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Home Depot. Kudos to James great cashier

We were very please with the service, helpfulness todsy We ordered / purchased new carpet for a spare room. Very excited in rhe turn around time form placing initial order to measure time to placing final order 2 days. The man who came to measure was extremely confident anf professional. It was rsining that day. Very happy with our experience.

I needed help and saw an employee helping another customer and walked over to let the employee I needed help when he was done. He acknowledged me and said he would be with me in a second. I was totally fine with that. A few moments later another associate walked over to the employee and other customer being helped and as the associate started helping the customer, the first employee just turned and walked away leaving me still waiting for help. Don't say your going to help me then just walk away and ignore me like I was not even there. So sick of rude employees. If you are not going to help customers, I suggest you not take a job that one of the main requirements is to help out customers! Not happy and should probably take my business elsewhere.

They have only self checkout a lot of the time. I refuse to use self check. Just another way corporate America cuts jobs for more profit

If you go find Darcy in plumbing she'll take the time with you and give great help.

The store is clean and tidy,well stocked and maintained,The employee's are nice and helpful with everything we needed ,met a nice man named Kenn who helped us with plumbing supplies and checking out ...

Sometimes this store doesn’t carry parts for merchandise sold here.

Both Gina and Loralei were extremely helpful on our latest trip to your store. One helped us locate items and another helped us cash out and fixed the issues we were having. Alex was also helpful on this trip loading up our vehicle. On a previous trip Jake was very helpful loading up the truck and I noticed him cleaning up the parking lot as were leaving.

(continued once again lol) so here I sit with a utility knife with no blades and a chalk line with no chalk(lol). I will eventually find a ride over to your store and buy these items seperatley. I even called your 800 customer service line and the young lady I spoke with couldn't believe my saga either. Why would you offer bundled items to be purchased together but not delivered together???? Sorry for the rant, but you must see how this can be very frustrating for your disabled customers like myself. Other than that issue I love your staff, both in person and over the phone, all very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable people. Thank You for your patience a loyal customer of Home Depot

If you want to have the item your shopping for in stock & on the shelf, in the right place with correct (fair) price then Pahrump Home Depot is got to be your destination. Knowledge of staff, cleanliness of store and helpful, friendly folks from front door to the parking lot; KUDOS!

I wish to commend the returns clerk Terry Dunn, He is so knowledgeable about his department that returns are done quickly and efficiently. I am always dismayed if I have a return and he is not at the register. Thank you, Kathleen Reynolds

The associates at this store are wonderful. We have had many home-improvement projects since we moved here and have found the associates extremely helpful . We often show up at the store with a part in our hands and not sure exactly what we’re looking for but every time the associate has been more than willing to help us choose the right part to finish the job.
