I shop here quite often. I never have a problem finding what I need, and if I do the staff is very helpful. I love their garden center as well.

Went to purchase a hot water heater. Employee was so helpful and friendly from beginning thru checkout to having someone load up into my pickup truck. Cashier was very friendly and patient with helping me navigate their app to locate info for my military discount. Every employee we walked by in the store greeted us and very friendly. Will definitely go back there to shop!

Always helpful when need it

Employees make or break a store/shopping experience. Bo and Zach are two employees that understand customer service is what sets this store apart for just being ordinary.

Susan, in the Paint department, was sullen and unhelpful, unlike the cashier in the Garden department. Unfortunately, we couldn't find two of three products we were looking for.

I just started working on my idea for kitchen remodel. Maria was able to give me some great ideas and I look forward to working with her to achieve my goal of a functional as well as a beautiful kitchen.

My local HD is a pleasure to shop! Their competition is not. I know that “diversity hiring” is a hot topic and controversial, but, since they started hiring more women ( specifically) the service has improved significantly!

Today I spoke to Wendi on the phone and met her in the store. I was trying to buy 2 upright freezers but it wouldnt let me buy 2 of them on line. I spoke to Wendi on the phone and she told me if I came into the store she or someone else would help me Knowing how things are today I went right to the store and met Wendi and she actually did some work in case I came in while she was there. Needless to say she took care of me and I saved additional money because I bought 2. I couldn't do that on line Wendi made my trip easy. Her friendly level of service is something you don't see often anymore

If for any reason, I buy some thing I am not satisfied with or have issues with. I have never had a problem returning anything.

This store has terrible customer service. I asked for help MULTIPLE TIMES getting purchase loaded after I had to check myself out due to NO CASHIERS.

No help after walking around for and hour

I went in for some heavy materials and as luck would have it Bobby walked by when I was about to lug them onto my cart and he was in the parking lot just as I was about to offload them into the truck and he walked over to lend a hand there too! Now I have enough energy to do the projects I just got these materials for!!!

For a small town this is a decent Home Depot. Great customer service

Bought a washing machine in November told me to be delivered January 8th no show no call I had to take off work called you the following day they scheduled for the 30th ask him if they could deliver it at 5:00 but no they had to go and deliver it at 9:00 this morning I leave my house at 4:00 in the morning to get to work going to take off two and a half hours to wait on y'all delivered at 9:00 because you couldn't follow directions

We ordered a mattress and got discount using my military ID. Michelle at the Servcie department went out of her way to get us the discount..

Brought this toilet stool, donot have photo at this time.

This store consistently helps to stock or find what we need.
