We purchased a home in the area and wanted to replace the flooring. We went to Home Depot on 9/9/23, made our selections and scheduled the installer to measure the areas to be replaced. The installer arrived on time and did a very good job explaining what would need to be done. Once we had the estimate for installation we went to the store to pay for the product and installation to get the product on order and move forward. From that point on it took almost daily visits, some lasting as long as 3 hours until we were finally able to pay for the product/installation on 9/23/23. Needless to say, without the knowledgeable, dedicated to customer service, and courteous staff (namely: Angie, Tamarua, Mary Ann Kirby, AG (Manager), and Maria Andrade we would have given up and gone elsewhere. I rated the experiences as 3 stars, only because of the employees that worked so hard to get our order corrected each time we had to return. If I had to rate the store on their disparate ordering systems it wouldn't even rate 1 star.

I bought Milwaukee tools and Pat from gardening and Ashley manager at front cashier, were amazing in honoring a great deal on the tools I bought!

I went into Home Depot yesterday looking for a washer and dryer set on Labor Day. Lucy was super helpful in appliances in getting my set up with a new washer and dryer combination. Thank you!

We recently purchased a complete kitchen appliance package from Frank. His assistance and knowledge of products enabled us to quickly reach a decision. He proceeded to quickly write up our order, making sure we got all discounts and energy breaks. It was great to work with him.

Janice was very helpful to me in my purchase of a Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, and Microwave. I will continue to make Home Depot my go to provider in my home improvement needs. Thank you Janine!

They people are rude and not willing to help.

The customer associates that walk around the store were extremely nice and pleasant. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in their area.

HD offers a 25 dollar discount for the first purchase using a new HD credit card. They then don't deliver.

Young man named Andrew was very helpful with picking out blocks and getting the product for me. I did the survey for him but I typed Alex instead of Andrew.

I've always had very good fortune with GE appliances, and Home Depot makes the relationship even better.

If you get a chance work with Michelle or Allen. Worked with both and they are great. Did not have interaction with others.

I shopped today and was surprised by the poor customer service. There was a price problem with the customer ahead of me and it turned into an argument with was unnecessary. The cashier "Juanita" was so rude and abusive that I was shocked. The customer called her "darling" and she said he was abusive. I think she has a mental problem and I will think twice before shopping at Home Depot

We needed a light for our front porch. I did not know what size or anything and the associate gave us the right size can and also took us over to the lights so we could pick out what color light we would like since the colors are different. Very helpful.

The employee, Janine C. took the time to explain the appliance, its in and outs of the washer and dryer. She was extremely helpful in making our decision to buy from Home Depot. 5 Stars go out to Janine C. for help making our shopping decision to purchase from Home Depot instead of the other competitor Loews.

I bought a gift card today and found that the company did not provide what I wanted, when I tried to return the card for a refund on the same day it was refused and the store manager could not even be bothered to come and speak to us.

I spend a lot of time in hardware stores, lumber yards, and home improvement stores. Home Depot in Palm coast has great selection, good quantities and quality of stock, and an extremely friendly staff. It's my store of choice for all my 'hard goods' needs.

In the 5 years that we've been shopping at this store, we haven't had a bad experience..

Employees are always friendly and helpful

Every time I visit Home Depot I am greeted by an employee who asks if there is anything they can assist me with. The customer service is why I keep coming back. One department in particular the Lawn & Garden has outstanding employees who go above and beyond to help you.

Everyone employee was professional and kind. I had a pleasant experience shopping! That seems harder to find now a days. Worth the drive.

I automatically go to Home Depot when I need something for a home project They always have what I need. and I find the employees know the products and can answer any questions I have. I am a regular customer!!!

It is so rare that we experience exemplary customer service. Store #6363 was a complete exception to frequent poor service. Employees took their time to answer questions and the employee near the register was friendly, had a sense of humor and took care of us expeditiously. What an awesome experience!

There’s not enough words to describe this Home Depot. As soon as you enter the store there’s always some one there to greet you. The employees will go above and beyond to assist you they will even take you to find what you’re looking for. As a DIY person that’s the place I’ll go to for assistance and there’s always someone to help me. This Home Depot is my favorite go to home project store. Keep up the good work.
