I am so glad Paris, Texas has a Home Depot. Please tell Abigale thanks for making our shopping so convenient. We bought much at HD but we are particularly proud of our HD kitchen.

Home Depot has great employees ready to help with any needs. Tim and Maverick helpful with advice on thing's we might need. Will shop there again

PROS: Our go to for convenience, prices are okay. This store has some of the best employees that are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Management has always had our (consumer) back. I really like and enjoy tools and the smell of lumber. CONS: Sometimes it gets too warm inside the building. Have not had items in stock or just a few available. Especially in pvc elbows, and other joining pieces. Often found lacking in electrical supplies. Sometimes get employees with an attitude and make you want to leave and buy elsewhere.

I bought a Maytag Commercial Technology Washer & Dryer & I truly love them. Best washer & dryer I have ever owned.

Excellent experience with the manager Maverick in Paris, Texas. He went above and beyond to right a wrong, and we greatly appreciate it, and will not forget. Because of him we will continue shopping at this location! Thank you, Maverick!

I've only been to that particular store a few times so far, since I'm in the process of moving there. But every time I found what I needed in a very short time, and each time a salesperson was involved, he or she was courteous and very helpful - and even chatted briefly, to boot. The merchandise is top-notch, the prices are spot-on, and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and generally great.

Unclean, no checkout lanes staffed with cashiers. Sure, the lane light was on, but no people to be found. Stock in the wrong locations. Trash laying about.

Most days the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. But I want to give a very special shout-out to Gene in mill works. He is the go to man for special orders and advice one projects around the house. He has been there for years and he has helped me and my family greatly. Thank you!!!

Please make the lids visible for the five gallon buckets at isle 32 and other places in the store. Thank You.

I was in the parking lot ready to load and Tim, who was on break, offered to load my car. I declined because he was on break but he insisted and loaded the heavy bags for me! He was so polite and friendly. This old lady appreciated it!

From the time i got out of my truck and throughout my shopping experience everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. Store was extremely clean neat and organized. Everything was great.

Erica and Cassidie at the customer service/pickup/return desk handled our confusing situation with the utmost grace and friendliness. They made our visit way better than usual. They deserve recognition for sure.

Waited over 1 hour for a tool to be unlocked. Asked 6 different employees all said they would get someone else. Went to register they made an announcement. Still no one. One employee said everyone who could unlock it was was sitting in the break room doing nothing and went to get them and they said I would have to wait 5 more minutes for someone to unlock. Then that employee was able to get the other employee that kept walking by us without helping to unlock it.

We ordered lumber for pick up 24 hrs ahead of time for pu. When we arrived, they hadn’t even begun to pull the lumber. Then the employees just left it at the front and left us to load the whole order ourselves. Ridiculous customer service! Don’t bother going unless you can pull and load everything yourself!

I bought a locking wet nozzle. I had loaned mine to someone and never got it back. I went to the Paris Home Depot and was in and out in 5 minutes.

Cashier Pamela is RUDE!! She addressed my husband as a ma’am. While checking us out she was having a conversation with the customer and cashier next to us, AND walked off after completing our transaction leaving us to grab our receipt ourselves .

Every time I visit this store everyone is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them and very appreciative of their customer service!! The store manager i believe his name is Mr Brent went above and beyond along with several of his staff and we appreciate that more than y’all know! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this store! Thanks so much!! RSW

working on a plumbing project & Matt in plumbing was very helpful..he went out of his way to help with questions & getting supplies needed.. its been a very long time since an employee has went above and beyond to help..KUDDOS TO MATT IN PLUMBING!!!

Have had such great experiences with customer service lately. In a recent visit I had employees help me to save hundreds of dollars on a purchase. Torria Moon went above and beyond!

Pat and Jason in appliances are the very best. Friendly, knowledgable and easy to talk with. They know their appliances. Melissa M. was very very helping in making just the right purchase that I needed and made sure all the details were taken care of.

Living out of state, the Paris Texas store is my go to place for everything! My refrigerator died on new years eve, not having time to make the drive before closing I called the store to ask if they had anything in stock for me to send my son to pick up. The associate who helped me was courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. They didn't have what I wanted in store but he helped me get exactly what I wanted ordered and headed my way. And when I do order the wrong item? I have never had better return service anywhere else. From garden department to plumbing and paint, they help keep my 100 year old house in the best condition it's ever been.

I HAD 5 EMPLOYEES HELP ME ON MY VISIT. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. IT CUT MY SHOPPING TIME PROBABLY IN HALF. I HAVE PROPERTY HERE, BUT I LIVE IN THE DALLAS AREA. I WISH EVERYSTORE COULD HAVE THAT TYPE OF PEOPLE. GREAT JOB!!!!
